There was no hot water in one of our rooms. We reported it and it was never fixed. We asked for compensation and was told a manager would call me. They never called. The faucet was also loose. Other room faucet was loose and bathroom hook was hanging off the door. Won’t be coming back bc you charge for parking and breakfast. No one else does. Not good service either. So disappointing. I expected more from Hilton.

This was my worst stay at a hotel that I have ever experienced. 1. The room that I was supposed to have by 4pm wasn’t ready, resulting in me having to get a different room. 2. The keyless room entry(use phone as a key), never worked. This is even after the staff updated my room being changed. I had them update it more than once and it never worked. 3. The hot water for the shower was always lukewarm, never hot. This was with the water turned towards hot water only. 4. There was an additional $25 fee per night that was not advertised for parking of a vehicle. This was a BS charge. 5. Breakfast cost $15. Go to Waffle House or anywhere else. It was NOT worth $5.

No soup in the bathroom, expensive parking lot
Didn’t have liquid soap in the shower for 2 days. I noticed it the second day of my stay and immediately went to the front desk to ask for soap, in liquid form on in tablets. I was able to get it on the third day o my stay. When we took showers we had to use a piece of soup that I travel with inside my luggage. The glass doors of the closet inside the room were stuck so it was very difficult to close the closet In the advertisement/ website of the hotel, it mentions that there is a parking lot for guests. it never mentions that you have to pay daily to a third party for the parking space. The hotel is not responsible for whatever happens to your car

Cons-No free parking. A charge of $27 a day to park your car (wish that was in their ad) No 24 hour coffee. You must walk next door to their sister hotel Shuttle service-Only one time during the day and back. And only goes to the one park which is Epcot. Leaves at 9:30 AM and returns at 9:00 PM. We decided to take Uber. Another added cost for us. No magnifying mirrors for putting makeup on No daily room service as with most hotels now a days which is fine but they don’t give you enough supplies, you have to ask for them. Pros-Very Clean Across the highway from shopping if needed. Beds are comfortable Furniture in good condition I would not stay here again as there are too many other options with free parking, free breakfast, better shuttle service and free 24 hour coffee.

My experience at this property was awful. The room was old and run down. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and old, the toilet had either paint or rust stains in the toilet bowl, the bedding had hair on top of the comforter and in between the sheets and pillows, and the room was not vacuumed from the previous occupants. And to top it all of the refrigerator was broken and the ice machine on our floor was off, broken, and unplugged with no signs stating it was broken. The manager made me feel like it was my fault for all of the issues we bought to her attention and seemed to have an issue when I asked for a refund plus a refund for the items I had put in the refrigerator that went bad overnight.

They only went to 2 parks and only once in the morning and once at night so basically having to stay at park all day if you didn’t just drive all day. Also charging almost $15 for breakfast is a little nuts
