There was no hot water in one of our rooms. We reported it and it was never fixed. We asked for compensation and was told a manager would call me. They never called. The faucet was also loose. Other room faucet was loose and bathroom hook was hanging off the door. Won’t be coming back bc you charge for parking and breakfast. No one else does. Not good service either. So disappointing. I expected more from Hilton.

Staff member stated my reservation was canceled because my credit card was declined, but I never received the notification from my credit card nor Expedia nor the hotel. I even checked my baking statements and I never received it decline notification, it shows that the money was taken out of the card. Once the staff member noticed, I was checking my bank statements and getting ready to call Expedia. She claims that she was going to be able to find it if I gave her my ID again for the second time after her, supposedly not finding it the first time. Online it says breakfast is included, but you actually have to pay an extra $15 for breakfast, it’s supposed to be a buffet, but you can’t even serve yourself when it comes to the hot food. The staff members have to serve you not the worst hotel, but improvement can be made. to add onto that my friend called the hotel before booking the room a month before our stay, and the staff member stated that the hotel has shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but in fact they didn’t, they only have two times for shuttles to Disney World, 945 and 11 something. overall staff and hotel amenities could be improved.

I love the fact that it was conveniently located to attractions. It was easy to take the shuttle to the attractions and back without worrying about parking. The facility was clean and the staff friendly.

Basic hotel stay
Only stayed one night and it was fine. Just a regular hotel stay. The AC unit was loose off the wall and wouldn’t turn on but after pushing it back on the AC functioned, not a big deal. Housekeeping starts banging on your door at 9 am even though checkout isn’t until 11am. I told them we will be out by 11 and they came back at 10 am asking us how much longer until we leave . So that was annoying .

We did not have a good experience. First day, we found hair on the sheets and in the bathtub. The towels we stained. The refrigerator and air didn’t work properly in our room. The show facet was loose, so shower head didn’t proper work well.

This was a quick weekend trip to Disney with my kids, so the hotel served its purpose as just a place to sleep. I thought the $130 a night was reasonable, but then was disappointed to find out at check-in that I had to pay for parking, $27 a night. Since when did paying for parking become a thing at a hotel? I think it’s embarrassing for a hotel to have to charge their “guests” to park their car. What’s next? Charge for towels? Perhaps charge every time you flush the toilet? Maybe they’ll start charging us every time we go up and down the elevator. Ridiculous. I guess from now on when I search for hotels, I have to look for the ones that have free parking.
