Hotel is ok overall but the service by the management was awful. Treated very poorly. The lobby, restaurants and main areas are very nice and clean. Pool area is great and there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We’ve stayed at this property several times but will not be returning due to the service. It’s a shame.

Property is an older hotel. The main areas have been nicely modernized. The beds are super comfortable and the main living area is nice. The bathrooms need to be desperately updated. They are small and can see water damage/mold in the shower areas. There is zero excuse to have showers heads that are caked with calcification. The lazy river was nice but the amount of busted tile around it was a little unsettling.

We had two different reservations for two different rooms and the hotel merged them together so we were right next to each other. Thank you so much. Our family had such a nice time at this hotel. Very family friendly, and the outdoor poolside grill Is one of our favorites

Easy access to Disney Springs by foot was great. Complimentary shuttles to Disney are a big plus. Easily access to park is a huge perk. For the hotel, Beds were comfortable. Room cleanliness was ok but daily maintenance could be improved. We Stayed a whole week and our bathtub/shower was not cleaned once. Hotel is very noisy, but could be this time of the year too with summer holidays. Music and noises from lobby can be heard on upper floors even past 1100 pm. Beautiful big pool and lazy river. Water is crystal clear but was pretty dirty My kids and I were grossed out by the amount of hair and dirt and other crap we saw in pool. We went on 3 different days and it was the same. Also I forgot my sunglasses in the room one morning on my way out. When I came back they were gone.

First time staying and was happy it exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy, check in was quick and staff were friendly. The room was spacious for a basic double queen room and beds comfortable. Love the in room offerings like their shampoos and lotions. Elevators were fast. Facility was clean and the pool was the highlight of the trip. Easy walk to Disney springs. We will be back.
