If you are looking at this hotel for an airport shuttle, proceed with caution. It took 1.5 hours to be picked up from the airport only to find out their morning shuttle doesn't start until 8:00 am. Front desk answers the phone one out of every 5-6 calls.

Very nice area, lots of restaurants, Walmart right across the street. The upsetting part was around 9:30pm a large and loud group of ATV riders fueled across the street which irritated me due to engine noise and thin walls.

The shower and king size bed were amazing! Breakfast and coffee were good too. The place looked full but it was very quiet inside.

The airport transportation was a two hour wait. The next day the shuttle left the rear luggage door wide open on the road. Better training would be a good start. Next time we will uber!

Horrible stay

The stay was horrible. We were on the firat floor and was kept up all night long by CONSTANT slamming doors. We have stayed here in the past and liked it but this was absolutely the worst.

Upon first contact with the property the staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. We required the shuttle service which was easy to navigate just by contacting the property. We arrived well ahead of afternoon check-in, however, they were able to provide us an earlier check-in time. Location is close to dining options as well as amenities. Would stay here again.

Excellent property

We have travelled all over Florida and this hotel is the best in terms of value for your money. Te staff are excellent and the breakfast was extensive, hot and delicious. James on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.
