Very clean rooms. A.c. worked great, nice & cold room & quiet. Loved the Dove products, smelled great. Water pressure was perfect. Comfy beds & pillows. Airport shuttle every 30 mins 24/7 but limited space. It's not a bus but a van & fits 10 or 11 so if your flight is during peak hours make sure you get there early to be the 1st on.

We evacuated here for hurricane milton. From the moment we booked this hotel tell we checked out the staff took great care of not only my family but pets. Hotel was clean and well kept. Could be updated in some areas but overall, a great experience.

We we had water intrusion from the storm. The hotel lost power and the backup generator broke. we checked out early and were charged anyways for a night we didn't stay there. They upcharged dinner and breakfast. Our hotel phone never worked. We had other maintenance problems. Overall a horrible stay

We stayed here 10/8 & 10/9. The hotel was fully booked with folks seeking shelter from hurricane Milton. The management canceled happy hour, in favor of a full price menu. The morning after the storm, we lost power and the generator failed. Guest, some with disabilities, had to carry luggage down dark stairs. Then management thought it would be a good idea to raise the price of breakfast $5.00, and sell a small coffee for $4.00 per cup. Never again!

We stay at the hotel looking for a safe place during the storm to find out the hotel has no generator. I had to take stairs with all my belonings and dog. Whole morning no one provided an explanation or offer anything
