We evacuated here for hurricane milton. From the moment we booked this hotel tell we checked out the staff took great care of not only my family but pets. Hotel was clean and well kept. Could be updated in some areas but overall, a great experience.

Room 439 bathroom door stuck. Very hard to open. Would be nice to have a bathroom exhaust fan. Suggest removing carpeting and maybe a small table on the outside of beds for cell phones or a bottle of water.

The only annoying part was creamer and sugar weren't provided in the room though 3 coffee pods were there. We had to ask front desk. Secondly, the price of the food items were ridiculously high e.g. Soda can for $3.50. Staff especially Yasmine was very professional and helpful.
