We evacuated here for hurricane milton. From the moment we booked this hotel tell we checked out the staff took great care of not only my family but pets. Hotel was clean and well kept. Could be updated in some areas but overall, a great experience.

The room was clean far as bathroom and all not dusty but the the room didn’t smell fresh rug looked like it was dirty like 50 years old wasn’t happy with the the low toilet I have a disability sitting too low makes it very hard almost impossible to get up very painful experience for me .

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was good, the washroom was a nice size. We enjoyed the pool and loved the extended hours. Breakfast was included and was very good. The only hiccup was the door passes, we had to go down twice to get new ones and then they gave us a different room, which we had to get new cards again. But overall a nice place to stay for a short stay.

Some employees can ruin your vacation
My stay were ok. We only slept there for4 hours. Then, went to the airport. The bus driver (holiday Inn shuttle driver) were very mean to us. I don’t know his name but he work on the 6th of July early morning shift. It was at 0430 am. He is an African American man. He was very disrespectful to my husband and I. For that we will not go to this hotel anymore. I will tell my friend to not even try to go to your hotel.
