This property was close to many places to dine and shop. Also being right across from Icon park was a plus. The main reason I chose this was because the listing said there was a hotel shuttle provided within a 3 mile radius. I was told at check in that this was false. There is a trolley system close by that you can pay to ride but the hotel does not supply one. I stayed in a sister property in San Antonio and the shuttle was provided. I feel like this needs to be taken out of the amenities on the listing if it is not provided. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we really enjoy the breakfast every morning.

I love the convenience and cleanliness. The staff was very helpful to watch my luggage as well before my room was available so I could attend the conference without worrying about dragging around a suitcase. My room was very clean and taken care of each day with fresh linens and coffee...the little things make a big difference!
