As a guest with mobility requirements as a wheelchair user, I found the hotel staff, particularly Anabel, to be exceptionally accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The on-site coffee shop is also noteworthy, where Selma provides outstanding service with her warm and friendly demeanor.

I liked the pool and housekeeping did a good job. I disliked there was 1 washer and dryer in the whole hotel, luckily alot of guests wasn’t washing at the same time.

Suite probably could've been better if they had a rug for the open area, and it was noisy being next to the 1st floor elevators with people coming in throughout the night. Other than that, room was very clean, good space, comfy bed, good tv, property had a good store, lobby was nice, and the overall experience from start to finish was super convenient. Would def stay again, but would want to request not being next to the 1st floor elevators.
