The employees were really friendly. The rooms were okay. The room was clean. Although there was some mold on the ceiling but the bathroom was clean. Great breakfast!

Floors weren’t vacuumed, sink was clogged, room was prepped with a toilet paper roll that was mostly gone and nothing more. Did not leave a menu for the restaurant, I called to ask where it was online and they said they’d bring one up to my room for their offered room service- it never showed

Location is great! there is plenty to see withing walking distance, many restaurant choices. Front Office Staff could use some training to be more welcoming, Restaurant Staff is very polite in particular two ladies named Mariel and Yudeize, they both are very polite, professional and make you feel welcoming, is too bad that not many customer attending the restaurant don't recognize the staff going the extra mile and pitch in "tips".
