The staff was friendly. The ice machines were turned off on the floor where I was staying on and the floor below me. I had to request for  someone to bring us some ice . The ice machines near the front office were the only ones working. I have limited mobility and that was too much of a walk for me. My room needed cleaning, and the tub backed up on us. We requested a manager to assist with this  problem. The night manager came and talked with us and granteed that our room would get a thorough cleaning. The next day our room was cleaned but the drain was still clogged.

Advertised times do restaurants incorrect. It would be more efficient if they’d consider updating hours of dining by month. For example, front desk stated everything open until 9 on Thursday night however at 7:45 all were closed. It was not as convenient as advertised. Many families were extremely loud as early as 7:30 am…screaming at kids, taking phone calls outside of rooms, etc Family activities are amazing! Just better communication would be helpful

Love that they keep kids entertained pool area waterpark , golf kids and entertainment in the cave room kept them busy at all times. Short walk for foods and adults drinks , Also 2 br room suites are great . Lots space bathroom, we had a great time there must definitely we be back. Thank you

Last time staying here
Due to an injury I’m on crutches and needed accommodations. Upon checking in my husband advised the staff of my situation so they change our room from the 6th floor to the 3rd next to the elevator. The problem is the elevator didn’t work so I had to climb the stairs. In the reservation I advised there would be 6 people occupying the room, however it was stocked with 2 rags and 1 towel. The room phone didn’t work. When I call the front desk from my cell phone the woman was nice and said I’ll send someone up. That she did, but the guy just walked in the room without knocking stared at my son for about 30 seconds before my son began yelling then walked out. Also, 9:00 am someone walked in without knocking and saying anything again then left. That is not okay and not safe. What a violation to say the least. I’ve never had such an experience with them before. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times however their workers makes me question management.
