When we walked in to our room, it was not clean, plenty of dust visible on the floor. Kids walked around with socks on and their socks bottom were dirty due to floor not cleaned. We requested vacuum/cleaning of floor on multiple occasions but they never cleaned it. House keeping was done but floor was never cleaned. Front desk did the great job of following up with me whether room was cleaned which I told them every time that not cleaned but it seems they never followed up with house keeping if they cleaned it. Bad experience and very disappointed. Other things were good like pool, water rides, water activities. Kids enjoyed but I hoped they kept the room clean too especially when you request on multiple occasions.

Overall we had a great experience. The price is a little high for the quality of the facility. Any other IHG hotel at this price would have been more upgraded. Considering it’s low season some maintenance was going on but some equipment was broken out of order rusting around the water park. Overall Lots of activities and entertainment. Could have stayed on resort and not have to leave.
