When I got to my room the toilet was making load noises. I did my best to try and go to sleep. When I woke up I tried to take a shower. The water was scolding hot. I was unable to take a shower. Maintenance worked on my shower and toilet that morning while I left for my meeting. The safe was locked and I was unable to use it during my stay. I also noticed there was a lot of water damage. I could see water stains that came from the sprinkler. There were also water stains visible under some lights. The room was clearly not ready for someone to stay in.

We will be back for sure!
Great hotel to spend time with the family, specially if you have kids/teens. The apartment are spacious, with a small kitchen and bunkbeds for the kids. There are lots of activities inside the hotel, including a theater, a cinema, an arcade with good games, a market place with a small food court, all within the hotel grounds, so your children can have fun without even the need to spend lots of money in the theme parks.

This property seemed promising but it really ended up being a waste of money. The room was pretty nice. Not much to complain about there other than the maze and miles of walking to get where you needed to go. Everything else was pretty run down/old and dingey. The elevator was super slow and dirty with broken pieces inside. It appeared to be a threat that it could break down at any moment. The pool was nice and a great temperature however the waterpark area was so cold the kids wouldn’t even use it. The temp was ok the cooler side so our family was excited for the hot tubs. To our surprise, there were 2 hot tubs, (1 didn’t work our first day) we sat in the hot tub and immediately a life guard came over and very rudely told us nobody under 13 was allowed in it. And they continuously enforced that with every kid there. The kids were well behaved and not jumping or splashing. To add to this, there are workers who almost assault you trying to get you to go do a “tour” for a timeshare. It was overwhelming. We unfortunately got sucked into doing the tour with promise of discounted attraction tickets AND transportation. We ended up finishing the horrible presentation with a pushy/bipolar rude lady and found out they’d drop us at our attraction but not pick us up. Too late to back out now. The putt putt golf is a foam ball and an old un-maintained course. Everything was expensive. And again we could’ve found a much nicer place for the price. The pictures trick ya.

I booked a king suite with handicap accessible that was suppose to have a king size bed and bunk beds aka full on botton and bunk above. We unfortunately was late checking in due flight being late. I called ahead and told them abd was assured it was ok. While checking in the receptionist had to walk away from us to confer with some one out of sight and when returned never gave an explanation just gave us the room keys and told us where we were to go. Upon walking into room it was not what i booked. It was 2 single beds and a queen and due to lateness and being extremely exhausted we just crashed and made due. Went to the lobby next morning and lodged complaint. Was given the chose of staying on opposite side of the compound where they were doing construction and a 20 dollar gift card to use there on property. I declined due to the location of the other room. Very disappointed in holiday inn.
