Parking is a nightmare. You pay to park the machines don't work and extremely hard to get help. Staff was rude and everything thing was humid and damp. Mold all over the ceiling especially in the bathroom. Halls and elevator were not clean. We were there over 3 days the trash in the elevator was never cleaned. Two lights in one elevator were held in with duct tape.

Overall pretty nice experience! :)
We enjoyed our trip to this hotel! I found the bed and pillow very confortable! We slept very well and enjoyed a lot the swiming pool! I enjoyed that my kid can eat for free! What I didnt like is to get envolved into the Holiday Inn Club Vacation thing ...it made us lose time and instead of taking 90 minutes of our time it took us 3 hours so we needed to add one more day to do the theme parks or else we will arrive in PM at the park! Overall we envoyed the hotel and the food at Fridays restaurant was pretty good and our waiter was amazing!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that Friday’s restaurant is connected to the hotel so we could easily grab a bite for dinner and drinks without leaving the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The room had a damaged sofa, refrigerator door jams, TV only one channel worked, comforter had rips and holes, tub was clogged, toilet did not stop flushing, AC did not cool, hallway smelled bad, and room was not ready in time. We stayed there because it was close to the park, and we feel that for that reason they do not take care of it. When we called to get Maintenace, the employee hung up immediately. Really disappointed.

Overpriced. There was nothinv G on the website indicating that we had to pay to park our car overnight. Where else would we park. Hotel should be ashamed of the rooms as well. Crooked and the light with switches by the bed dont work. Slow AC. Was hot half the night. Ugh not comig back

Check in staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I had two reservations..one each for consecutive nights due to my son comping IHG points for one night. They told me this was “your fault” for booking it this way. Nothing they could but check out after the first night and check back in. They said I would not need to change rooms. I had to change rooms this morning. Facilities are fine…but blah and thing special.

We had a great stay here! We stayed 3 nights and selected this property for proximity to Universal Orlando parks. The room was very clean and spacious! We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a living area and kitchenette. It was like having our own apartment. Only complaint is that there was a coffee pot on the kitchenette but no sink. There is an entire counter space with just a Keurig and some coffee pods and tea. No sink to fill the pot with water, you have to walk into one of the bathrooms to utilize a sink for water. Outside of that everything was fantastic. We utilized the bus to the park one morning but walked back because the bus only runs until 8pm and parked closed at 9. We took a taxi the next AM back to Universal and it cost about $10. The pool was great as well, overall recommend staying here is you want close proximity to Universal at an affordable price.

Room smelled like pee and was completely unclean. They left one person at the desk and he could not attend to anyone's needs.
