Beautiful room - quiet property. Beautiful back space with pool and cool area to chill. Bar inside was nice - food selection was good - service and the dj was really good! I would come back! I never say that lol

The only complaint I have is that you advertise that you provide free shuttles to Universal. This is the main reason we chose your hotel. Once we checked in we found out that one shuttle runs once a day at an un-predetermined time. We had to Uber back and forth to the parks. The money we used for that had been figured into our hotel / parking fees expenses , but now needed to add to that expense Otherwise the hotel was very nice. We loved the pool area and the game room. The hotel is just not worth the price at all, it is not a 4stars hotel. It is worse than 2 star hotel:1, They do not offer water 2, When I ask question at front desk, the employees ( female) always have bad attitude and very unprofessional. 3, They told me I have breakfast included when I checked in, and the second day the front desk told me I do not have breakfast included. 4, They put many fans on the hall which were right in front of my hotel room, it caused much noise. 5, The room was not clean 6, The hot tub does not have bubble. My whole experience here was very bad.

We loved the vintage clean vibes of the hotel. The room so was cute and cozy, & the hotel in general was beautiful. The grounds were lovely, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We booked a king bed and got two queens instead. They said they did not have any kings available since they had an issue and over 50 rooms were not available. That is out of their control. Things happen. There was a wet towel in the bathroom when we arrived. Wash cloth has pubic hairs.

The hotel is nice but there was a flooding on the 1st floor and my bathroom ceiling had humidity stains. Also the shower seems cheap. It is 10min from Universal Studios, Ubers are easy to reserve.

The hotel write up was more spectacular than the facility. It’s an old old hotel that has been upgraded recently and converted into suites (at least our room was). The air conditioning didn’t function well in the common areas and it gets HOT in Florida. There was an issue with elevators, but they did have a technician there for evaluating. One or two were not working and one we seemed to always end up on was terribly slow. Probably due to the age of the building.
