For those looking for a cheap place, it's fine. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, so you'll hear the cars on the avenue behind the hotel. Additionally, you'll hear everything happening in the rooms next to yours. I had the unpleasant experience of hearing a couple having sex and screaming during the night, while on the other side, there was a conversation that sounded like it was inside my room. To make matters worse, the car I rented was hit by someone in the parking lot, and they don’t have cameras on-site to help you. They simply told me they couldn’t assist. Terrible experience, and I only chose this place because there were Brazilians working there.

i did not have clean sheets on my bed, i could tell that someone had slept on them before me. which is disgusting. also the room smelled like pee and mold. i guess i got what i paid for! front desk staff was nice and friendly!

Very good property for the cost. Staff were friendly. No daily cleaning but front desk was available for any linens we needed. Nice central locations. We walked to universal a few times and took Lyft for about $6 per ride. Nearby Walgreens had plenty of last minute souvenirs as well.

I thought will be better, it was more expensive than other that i visited however the difference in price was not visible.... the only good thing was the location... but it is not a comfortable hotel... if you stay out all day and want to go to a good bed and room this is not a good option

Good for the price point, wish the shuttle serivce ran more than one time in the morning at 8:45am and back at 6:00pm for Universal Studios though. Room was clean and wasnt that noisy other than the traffic from the near by road which wasnt really bother some.

Mina was very friendly and helpful, hilton was quick and clear with things offered at the property, and thank you diana. The service was very friendly and good considering we started out vacay out rough but the staff made it a more happy experience. The breakfast buffet was also worth the $11 considering they come out with fresh food every 15-20 mins and the pool is spacious!

A convenient stop off for the night before we checked into Universal. Very close to walk to international drive where could get a bus or the itrolley for lots of options of restaurants. Check in staff didn't seem to speak much or very fluent English but got the job done.

Everything was great. They didn’t have any big bags to put all my shopping trash in. So I have to put in the small plastic bags and leave it to the door. The bathroom shower head needs to be cleaned.

The lobby had a very pleasant smell and very clean and organized. The music was great. The staff was amazing , very courteous and explained everything very clear. The room was very spacious, clean and smelled great. No coffe maker in the room. But the air conditioner was also great. I will recommend this hotel!!!

THEY CHARGE $200 CASH DEPOSIT THAT CONVENIENTLY YOU VAVE TO OBTAIN FROM THEIR ATM THAT CHARGES $7.85 TO WITHDRAW. They will hold your reservation hostage if you don’t & happily tell you to cancel if you don’t have or don’t want to pay it, even if your stay is paid in full.
