This place is ok for an economical option however the rooms were pretty open to the public and it was not private at all. our TV in our room was not connecting to the internet and the screen was broken. we were there for 2 nights and no room service came to clean our room. the outdoor pool was also full of leaves and not clean at all. The walls are really thin so we could hear the toilet flush of the room above us and the arguing couple at the next room very clearly. the breakfast option for $11 dollars is a fair deal, it was good with different options. overall, if you are looking for a place super close to Universal Resorts and with free shuttle, this is a good option but if you care about being quiet and clean maybe look for alternative places.

They ask for a $200 deposit for locals which had to be cash. The rooms was field with mosquitoes. The covers was very tuff & tuff.

This hotel was very disappointing. We arrived very late. The desk attendant was no where to be seen. After a few minutes I had to call out he came out from a back room laughing with another employee. I think the way the front desk staff dresses is very unprofessional!! As I said we checked in very late after a very long day of traveling. When we finally got in and ready to go to sleep we noticed that the beds really only have sheets and very thin light decorative bed covers. I needed a blanket because it was going to be a cold night. When I called down to the front desk he told me that I would have to come down and get it myself because he was alone. At this point it was after midnight. I don’t think that was very appropriate!! Not a good experience for my short stay.

The hotel is just fine but you get what you pay for. Small hard beds, no comforter just two sheets and small pillows. And if your TV batteries/remote or anything else don't work, don’t expect any help till the morning. The people are nice just not very helpful.
