Bueno para el precio. Las sábanas y toallas estaban un poco viejas y con algunas manchas pero las cambié en front desk y me dieron limpias. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal muy agradable. Por lo demás todo bien: súper cerca de Universal y varios restaurantes a los que se puede ir incluso caminando.

Good for the cost
This hotel was nice for the price. The room was clean and fine; it was very close to universal and icon park. There were many restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. The breakfast was $11 per person, which is too expensive for what was offered. Don’t get me wrong, it was a decent spread - they had scrambled eggs, sausage, croissants, Bagels, muffins, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, and beverages. But usually the breakfast is free at hotels. Maybe like $6-7 would be more appropriate. Parking was good. Overall, it was a nice stay. Good water pressure in the shower. The only small downside was no coffee pot in the room, you’d have to pay the $11 for breakfast to get coffee.

I love this hotel. I stay here every time we go to Orlando. It’s close to the parks and if you don’t want to drive, you can walk right across the street and catch a universal bus. The room we stayed in this time was clean but had a few maintenance issues. Prior to this the rooms have been in nice shape

Beds horrible, they stole my cash deposit! Never once cleaned rooms, rude staff, lied about my card declined, which it wasn't at all. Also they take .money a night before u get there. Toilet was backed up several times. Walls super thin. Never stay here, breakfast was a rip off! Im definitely getting a lawyer after this
