I would stay at the Hyatt place again. The place was clean, rooms nice (although the bathroom was small), and the staff was super nice. Decent breakfast, not great, but hey it will do and saved a little money

We had a situation with cleaning our bed. We were itchy after the first night, so we reported to the lobby.

The basic function of a hotel is to provide a comfortable and safe place to sleep. This hotel failed to meet this basic need. The bed in this hotel fell apart within 5 minutes of getting into it and the bottom sheet came undone. This left you sleeping on the uncovered mattress that can never be cleaned properly from previous guests. It is not the room staffs' fault as the bottom sheet was not fitted and completed too small to be able to be tucked in properly. This issue made the stay tiresome, uncomfortable and unhygienic.
