The staff were great! Everyone was nice and friendly. Cons: Breakfast bar, wasn’t well stocked. Ran out of silverware and bowls. Only one elevator was working and our room was on the 6th floor. Parking lot was being replaced, this wasn’t really an issue as there was plenty of parking. Pros: Staff were accommodating. The area was walkable as it was close to Icon Park.

Good family stay and excellent location.
Good stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, but this is enough to a family who wants to go to the parks and sleep. Location is excellent, close to Icon park and international drive attractions

This hotel does not offer roll away beds or extra bed. I have ordered and paid for an extra bed in other major brand hotels so I assumed it wouldn’t be a problem. Not here. So I had to go to Walmart and get a blowup bed so my teenage son and his friend didn’t have to sleep together on a pull out couch. The bathroom sink in our room had a clog, the hook in the bathroom was falling off the wall, there was no blanket in the extra pillow bag for the pull out couch, the elevator was broken and the hotel was booked solid. Breakfast area was packed and not enough seating. The elevator could have been fixed. You know how horrible it is to take all your bags up the stairs when you leave? And I wasn’t on the second floor. We paid a lot of money ($184 per night) and my friend shared the expense with me but still I felt this hotel didn’t keep up on the small things and worried more about appearances. The place looked beautiful but small things should be addressed. Especially elevator when you’re booked solid during the summer months and a major tournament was on the same road.
