It was a joy staying here. Breakfast was excellent, everyday something different. A plus that they have Starbucks for purchase. Additionally friendly staff especially Ian that was an excellent person and very attentive. I will recommend staying here. I travel with my family and the room was perfect.

Great hotel, excellent condition and location
All was excellent. Recently renovated so in very good condition. Close to good transport links and in the middle of International Drive. Lots of restaurants within a few mins walk. Cooked breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus.

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. Loved the breakfast which was included, it was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Me and My daughter stayed here for her birthday trip To Disney. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They definitely added to her experience making her birthday that much more memorable. The parking was a bit, $15 a day, which was weird considering it should be included with stay. The hotel is in the middle of a busy area, with bars so it was a bit loud outside but you could barely hear the noise in our room. They did clean a bit and made sure the property was clean as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Bed was comfortable enough, but the room had a bad smell kind of like urine or mildew and it felt a bit moist in there. I don’t get why a hotel room with hard floors would hold such a smell. Smelled weird in the walkway to the room as well. Not enough room in lobby for us to enjoy free breakfast. Also I had booked this one thinking it was the Hyatt place across from universal because the link I clicked on google for THAT one, brought me to this. My fault for not double checking, but that definitely didn’t help the situation. The towels didn’t even smell good. Found a popcorn kernel/peel on the bed the next day…don’t know where that came from. Guy at front desk was nice at least.

My room had to be switched because there was a bug in my bed crawling so I killed it & took a photo. My room was then switched. Needless to say there was a bad taste in my mouth after that. The front desk was very helpful, but this hotel needs a new cleaning staff. Wen my room was cleaned there were clean towels & bed was made. However, there were still dirty coffee cups in my sink. I was so disappointed. Hyatt-Place, never again.

Everything was great.. Don't waste your time having breakfast though .It was the worst breakfast that I ever had..It's open until 9:30..Don't waste your time..You are better off getting more sleep
