Easy and convenient to parks as well as Disney Springs. Super comfortable bed and bedding. The breakfast was just okay, nothing memorable. Coffee available in room was only decaffeinated only. Rooms looking tired, typical wall, paint and water damage. Nice pool and hot tub.

None of the staff we encountered seemed very happy or welcoming. Breakfast was great. Would stay again because rooms are nice and big & entire property was pretty clean. Nice location. Bathroom in our room had hair on floor from a previous guest.

Our room was clean, the furnishings could use updating, ie chipped cabinets and marker drawings from some child in the past. The view was awful, we were in the rear on the second floor overlooking a dirty roof of the hotel lobby and the air conditioning units. I actually asked the front desk if we got such an awful room because we booked thru Expedia. She said it was because we didn’t ask for a high floor. I don’t believe that was an option. That was probably my only complaint.

My first complaint was they advertise they have a bar; what they fail to advertise are the hours (Thurs-Sat 5-9p). Why even have a bar? The breakfast was 'Average'; scrambled eggs, toast, biscuit, fruit. It you want a real breakfast, then prepare to eat out. Outside near the pool, a raccoon likes to go into the garbage and eat leftover food. I would advise to change the garbages more frequently.
