The front desk staff was very helpful. There was a lot of remodel/construction going on, but we neve heard construction noise. Our room was clean a well stocked. Great stay!

The front desk staff was amazing at check in and check out. Very kind and helpful. The pipes in our room were backed up and did not drain properly. There were ants in the room that we would find in various places even without any food around. the sheets and blankets had some stains on them. We were only in the room to sleep so we just made adjustments to what we had in the room to work around these things.

The hotel's location is very good, only the room they rented to me is next to the elevator, so I could hear the noise of the elevator all the time and it's very close to the reception. I don't think that room could be used by a guest.

Don’t stay here.
None of the listed pictures were accurate. The hotel was dirty with lots of mold in the bathroom. It looked like someone was murdered on the mattresses and they were very uncomfortable. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived. The front desk guy did help by coming and turning on the AC and offering another room, but never returned to move us. We stayed because it was late and our children were exhausted. The AC went out in the middle of the night and none of us slept well.

I pulled up all of the windows were dirty most looked like the blinds were damaged. Went inside it stunk and looked more like a jail than a hotel. I asked where the pool is and was told it was outside. I drove around entire building and no pool, which i was told was closed anyway. I left and stayed somewhere else. I never checked in.
