I was very surprised when checking in that they required a $100 cash deposit on top of the $250 deposit on the credit card. A room inspection was required on checkout to return the deposit. Additionally, the elevator was out of service. The staff was courteous and offered to help with luggage if needed.

We had the worst experience, we call to complaing about a guess having the music so loud all night long and the staff disregarded our complains. It took them till 7am to contact the guess wto turn off the music but by then we had not slept at all, no te mentioned that the hotel gaves us a different room that was for handicap accesible in the firts floor witch made the room even noisier . Worse experience !

The elevator was not working and they did not tell us until we finished the check in and selected a 3rd floor room. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Typically we like staying here, but the elevator issue and road noise made this stay unpleasant.

Great stay for a weekend getaway!
From the moment we checked in we were very pleased with the service and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 2nd building across the parking lot from the main building and it was great. Quiet, clean and no issues. Except for the barking dog a couple doors down who would not stop barking. Other than that all was great. Easy access to Universal Studios, and I4. We'd stay there again.

Terrible humidity and bad smell to sleep. Room has no windows to be open to help vent out. Terrible noisy room, we woke up at 3 am, people on 2nd floor jumping and dropping things on the floor. specially if it is first floor. We only stayed one night.

Still waiting on a refund. The hallways smelled really bad. The room was very dirty, old, way outdated. The furniture was scratched/shredded, dried food was on the bed and floor. Bathroom was dirty. We could not stay here so we checked out immediately. Sorry to give bad reviews but this was unacceptable.

I have stayed in numerous hotels and all require a credit card on file for incidentals. This hotel required cash ONLY for incidentals. Having to run to an atm before being able to check in was not a good way to start my stay.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Responded quickly to text communications and requests. Went out of their way to help me get my luggage to my room when they saw I was struggling.

Took us a ridiculous amount of time to check in!! We had to get two rooms due to size of family. One rooms AC didn’t work and neither room had hot water. We were kept up by the air conditioners rattling all night and from the noisy ice maker outside of our room. I do not recommend this hotel, none of the family got any sleep the night we stayed. Avoid at all costs!!

If you try to check in before 3 pm, they charge you $25; that was a first but we avoided the fee, went to lunch and came back. The hotel had 2 pools, which was a nice feature. The hinges on our bathroom door broke but when we brought it to the attention of the staff they fixed it promptly. The breakfast food was less than impressive. The staff had a strange process for guests going to the breakfast area and on the 2nd morning of our stay I went to see if the food options had changed and relay the info to my family. The guy checking the breakfast ticket didn't speak English and when my request was translated to him, that I wanted to see if the options were the same or not, he visibly rolled his eyes, said okay and walked away.
