hotel is clean BUT has few negatives 1- they don’t do house keeping unless you ask them to do it several times 2- hotel deducted 3 transactions after I checked out 1-usd 261.93 2- usd 19.94 3- usd 43.00 i sent them an email asking them to explain why these 3 deductions for since I only had around $50 in restaurant charge but they didn’t reply 3- they also took total of $800 as security deposit and still now around a week amount is back to my bank card. I checked in 2 rooms 614 and 615 date december 30 - 2024 to January 3 - 2025 I wish they contact me and explain why are these charged for and also need to release the $800 deposit to my card

Very nice hotel. Parking is technically across the street but it is really their driveway at that point. Electric drapes and and an ipad to control all the drapes and lights. Toilet with heated seat and bidet in a separate room. Would have been 5 stars except a piece of bacon was left in front of the elevators for more than a day and 12 hours after we reported it. The elevators require your room key to work and only to your floor. If you want to meet someone on another floor you must meet in the lobby. If you download the ap and put your key on your phone it locks out physical keys. Finally the pool party for New Years Eve was set up on the 30th requiring closure of the pool area for several days. The bass vibrated most of the building but we were on the far end so it was not an issue in our room. Otherwise incredibly quiet, you could not hear anyone in another room or the hall, no slamming doors.

Everything was 5 stars except the check in. Had to wait over 3.5 hours for a room while everyone else got to check in early. Restaurant staff and food was amazing. Beds were super comfortable.

NIce hotel and area. Only issue is flight pattern of Orlando Airport seemed to be right over the hotel. Also the meal options were small, but the positive side is they were very good.
