This hotel is new and Metro. The four star is due to concierge not having transport cart available for luggage otherwise very nice clean stay everything is new and updated.

We booked a premium room but it was very small for two people. It was deemed a premium room because of the large balcony, however the balcony had no furniture on it at all. Not one thing it was completely empty and unusable.

Hotel was great. I do think for the price if a special occasion is mentioned an acknowledgement of some kind would be nice. Even if it’s just a card or note. I did mention in my booking that we were in town visiting to celebrate my bff’s 50th birthday. Although many hotels will give a complementary wine or snack or something I didn’t really know what to expect but again a small gesture of any kind would’ve been cool.

We stayed at the Wave to be as safe as possible during Hurricane Milton. The hotel is beautiful and fun with awesome restaurants and amenities, food and service. They provided buffet meals and gave us what we needed to be comfortable while Housekeeping wasn’t possible due to the storm. Thank you!
