This beautiful villa is located in the prestigious Glenbrook Resort by the side of a lake where ibis and herons frequent against the stunning view of sunrises and sunsets. Legend has it that there are 7 alligators in the lake cohabiting amazingly with fish. While difficult to prove 7, they were surely spotted by previous guests while fishing on the lake!

The home is suitable not only for short-term relaxing vacations, but also for longer-term working from home.

The villa is metres away from the resort Clubhouse where you, as guests, have free access 7 days a week to all recreational facilities Clubhouse offers, such as resort style swimming pool, decks and loungers, tennis court, beach volleyball, children's fenced-in playground, fitness centre, games room, entertainment, book, video game and DVD library, and a business centre. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants are all within walking distance.

Conveniently located for access to Disney theme parks (10/15 min of driving), golf courses, shopping centers, fine restaurants and many other attractions, there are plenty of activities and excitement that you only wish the sun never sets and night never falls. Clubhouse even offers shuttle buses to Disney parks and other scheduled activities (This service has been canceled due to COVID-19). Awesome location
Overall our stay was very good. The heating for the pool was not adequate. The breaker tripped three different times. The property manager was efficient and the second time was able to give instructions on the phone. Third time was closer to our departure date so didn’t bother. The dryer hose came off but the P manager fixed in a timely manner. I cleaned the patio door tracks for easier access. This house is great just needs a little TLC. Would certainly rent again.

Good size property in a convenient location
This 4 bedroom house had plenty of room for a family group like us, 4 adults and 2 children. It was good to have the pool available as well as being very close to the community centre where there is a larger pool and other facilities. There are plenty of supermarkets and eating places within a short drive. The pool/table tennis table in the garage was very useful some evenings and on occasions when the weather was wet but the air football was not working. The property is in need of some updating and general repairs it is advertised as 'high end, luxury accommodation' and it has the potential to be this but currently there are things that need attention especially the bedlinen and towels (which were clean but well used and rather worn and discoloured). Furniture etc also needed updating and kitchen wares need improving to make the property 'high end, luxury', the vrbo advert mentions a Keurig coffee maker which the property manager says hasn't been there for a couple of years! The bed in the master bedroom is ridiculously high, the top of the mattress is 36inches from the floor which made getting into bed every night quite a challenge so I would suggest if you are below average height or have any mobility problems you seriously consider this. The bed in the other main bedroom was a little lower but still an issue for anyone less than average height or with mobility issues. The property manager was very helpful when required and the owner responded to questions promptly.

Family’s first Florida holiday
Check in process to the villa very easy, all information provided promptly. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Villa is very easy to find and easy to navigate the surrounding areas. When we got there the pool was dirty and required dosing with chlorine as algae had started forming on the walls and floor of the pool and spa. Pool contractor was quick to respond but not exactly what you expect when you arrive. We paid extra for pool/spa heating however it only worked for a limited period, contacted property management company but no support provided. House is as displayed, furniture does required to be refreshed, one sofa in the living room has seen better days, no smart TV’s, air hockey table in the garage not working. Area is very quiet, mixture of residential and short time rental properties. Overall good base for our family holiday

Luxury Lakeside Villa
Owner is responsive as is local management. Unit is nice with high ceilings. Pool and spa are very nice. Downside is the neighborhood has some issues. We weren't allowed to park on the street, which was not a problem for us but, everyone else in the neighborhood did. Not being allowed to open the garage door was a negative as the pool table was there and it did get warm while we were there. Neighbors were hit and miss with F-bombs for one side and a lack of maintenance on the other. This included several dogs and cats living inside. The HVAC system needs a clean out as the mold smell would not go away. Changed the filter and spayed air freshener but no change in the odor. It may be since we stayed a rather long period(5 weeks) these things were more top of mind than if we were only there for a week.

Awesome Villa at a great location!!
We had a blast in this home villa, the pool is big enough for a big family. kitchen, bathrooms, rooms are big enough also!! The villa has everything you need for your vacation stay!! When you put the gps to the Disney parks it seems far but is due to the traffic! The property manager was very helpful also The area location has everything you need (Walmart, supermarkets, plenty of shopping and dining) The neighborhood is pretty safe and clean!! Highly recommend this villa and location

The pool and hot tub area were outstanding as was the lakeside location. The floor plan is great for multigenerational accommodations. Our family of 7 had plenty of room. That being said, the incidentals of the home need to replenished and increased to accommodate a family of 5-7 people. The number of Silverware, towels, and dishes were just not enough. It is just a 20 min drive to Disney and a very quiet community.

Chose this property for the pool/spa and it delivered
Needed a place close to Disney but still far enough to get away from the crowd. This house offered that. Owner was easy to work with. There were a few things in need of repair that were reported with pictures on arrival. The owner was responsive and explained repair work was in the works as these things had been reported previously. The pool and spa were the real draw to this property for us. It was the best part of my stay to relax and unwind in the hot tub.

Room for improvement
The villa was clean and tidy but had signs of ageing. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards need an upgrade, as do the showers. The tv handset didn’t work correctly, and the cues for the pool table were broken. The pool furniture has seen better days, and the pool deck looked in need of some attention. In spite of all this, we did enjoy the holiday. Lots of wildlife around the lake, and the hot tub and pool were great. The location was quiet., but Walmart, Starbucks and other food outlets a short drive away.

The place was a bit worn down like it states. But if properly cleaned you can deal with it. Upon checking in I video recorded everything except for the outside because it was pouring down. The tub was dirty with a ring around it. Upon speaking with owner and property manager he came out the next day to clean it. The alarm system to the pool doesn’t work but there was a bolt lock on it I have a 3 year old, so having the alarm would have been nice. One of the couches was in need of replacing the back wasn’t strudy. But overall I would have gave it a 3 1/2. It was after checking out that the ratings dropped. The owner sent me two pictures saying I damage some things like the AC thermostat and outside patio concrete. NOW I was with my 81 year old father in law his girlfriend my husband and a 3 year old. We broke nothing but cleaned up more than we should have needed to. When requested the pictures that were sent to show a times stamp of the date taken it couldn’t be done. Trying to charge a large amount for damages. Thank God for my video because the picture he took didn’t even represent the actual vase by the thermostat from when I checked in. He quickly turned the narrative around and said oh it minor repair that he took care of and mentioned nothing about the concrete by the pool. It’s a scam. And I will not stay there again. Document everything!!!

The property is dated and has not had any upgrade work done to it. Inventory of kitchen ware is sparse. When we got there we found that the pool had been used by other people and was dirty with cigarette butts and clouded water, old towel, empty bottles, screen torn, barbecue used and filthy. Called the property manager, who arrived fairly promptly, he cleaned up as best he could, got the pool guy to come over later that day. We were able to use the pool the following evening as the water had cleared. Never used the barbecue at all as it was dirty. The garbage bins were stinking so bad that one had to hold one's breathe when putting out garbage. No recycling bin. Neighbor knocked on the door to tell me I was illegally parked and blocking the footpath, so I moved my vehicle in a foot. He parked one of his vehicles on the street (which apparently is not allowed) and yet he must have noticed that people were using the pool who were trespassing. Not for us, or anyone we know. I would have expected the property to have been given a pre-arrival inspection and this did not obviously take place.

Great location to all Disney parks
We were only in the house in the morning until 8:00am and after 10:00pm. We went to one of the parks every day. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The Keruig was not working when we arrived and the property manager was notified. Said he had to get permission from the owner to replace. Called him the next day and was told the owner said we had a regular coffee pot. We all brought K-cups so that wouldn’t work for us. Emailed the owner and they said they told the property manager to take a picture and they would order one for pick up. Went 2 days without coffee in the morning. It was finally replaced. Light bulbs were out in two bathrooms and other rooms. The house apparently had been sprayed for bugs because we found a lot of dead ones but there were live ones as well. Florida is known for its bugs. Notes in the bathrooms state to use very little toilet tissue and not throw other items in the toilet. 2 sheets of toilet tissue required 3 to 4 flushes. This was very irritating and time consuming. Contacted the property manager and owner regarding this. The property manager said everything was fine when the home was cleaned before we arrived. Undoubtedly it was not cleaned well enough. There seemed to be a communication problem between the owner and property manager. Maybe these things will be addressed.

Relaxing and beautiful!!
First let me just say the owners Pearl and Doug are amazing people! We booked back before COVID hit and they worked with us until we were finally comfortable with traveling again. We arrived at the property after a very long drive and were thrilled everything was sparkling clean and cozy so all we had to do was unpack! The pond is beautiful and my daughter and I loved watching all the wildlife. The spa was fantastic after long days of walking and I would definitely recommend getting the heat, it was soooo nice in the pool! The location was perfect, far enough from all the traffic but still close to the attractions. My only complaint (which is no ones fault) was the open screen above the pool. It was due to some bad storms, out of everyone's control but did make the pool dirty and buggy quicly. We contacted the property manager and they were aware, just behind in repairs. Again, it didn't ruin our experience and was not a huge deal, there was a pool skimmer. We played pool in the garage every day, that was a nice thing to have for my husband and son!! Will definitely be booking another stay here!!!!
