Wendy at the outside pool bar was excellent! Staff were friendly and responsive. Property was clean and spacious. Since it’s a new Hilton I wasn’t privileged to the regular Hilton honors perks, but guessing that’ll improve. All in all a nice, convenient, friendly stay.

The hotel offers some great amenities for families, like heated pools with water slides, a playground and kids’ programs that help keep children entertained. However, the customer service was so poor that it overshadowed any of these positives. Me and my son were staying there 10/20/24 - 10/27/24 Upon arrival, I wasn’t informed about the hotel’s shuttle service to Disney parks. I only discovered it the next day when I happened to see a bus outside and had to go to the front desk to inquire about it. Had I not noticed the shuttle, I wouldn’t have known it even existed. I also mentioned that it was my son's birthday on Friday and asked if the hotel could do something small, like a cake, to help us celebrate, even offering to pay for it. I was assured they would find a way to acknowledge my son’s special day, yet no one followed through. We had an issue with the room key not working, and after several trips to the front desk to re-magnetize it, I was told a security person would come to help if the key failed again. My five-year-old son and I waited, tired and hungry after a day at the park, for 30 minutes until I finally called the front desk again, only for them to take another 15 minutes to send someone to help. This lack of prompt response was really frustrating. Additionally, we had ants in the room, and during checkout, when the receptionist asked about our stay and I replied, "It was so-so," she didn’t even ask for feedback—just asked for my email for the receipt.

The room felt outdated, with significant wear. The door had a large split visible from the inside out, and the patio door showed similar damage. Additionally, the couch had seat cushions but lacked proper back support cushions.

Pretty good, but could use a little work
Hilton recently bought this property and you can tell they are trying, but it isn't up to Hilton standards yet. Our building was freshly painted, but there were many areas that needed caulking (lots of cracks and gaps in the baseboards and floors that were moldy and dirty. The water temp never got past lukewarm and the water pressure was pretty low. The pool was pretty good but again needs a little work to fit the Hilton name.
