When booking it did not say the main pool with slides was not working or the hot tubs. You can play in the pool. The room was out dated, dirty and had bugs. We got zero sleep because the people upstairs were loud all night long screaming we called and complained and they only got worse.

This hotel advertises the water park within the facility and that's the only reason I got it, it wasn't until we checked in that they let us know that it was closed due to "maintenance" to make things worse even the pool was closed. While there talking to employees it got to my attention that the water park remains closed must of the time, it's call "false advertisement" to bring people in. Highly unsatisfied, the kids were really excited about the water park

Quiet and nice for children. Cost of food was pricey on property. Late check - ins and early check outs still in effect after COVID and are extremely inconvenient for air travellers. Should go back to 1 pm check ins and 11 am check outs.

Even better than expected. Rooms were basically like a small apartment with everything you need right there. We were only there for 2 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay. The property was very secure and the amenities were great. Very kid friendly.
