Luxurious Award Winning Newly Renovated 2+2 Condo Near Disney and Universal

From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili's, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen's drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (Oct 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.
Improvements since Oct 2016: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.

This is on the 4th floor. Elevator not working. Only way up is walking up. No good!!!! The elevator has not been working for some time. They said they are waiting for a part. This was not due to the hurricane as it was out of order prior to my booking. I was not told about this. Cabinets in kitchen need a major scrub. Also dish drain was moldy. Bath mat so filthy and moldy we could not use. We bought one. Only 4 bath towels in the unit. We had to buy some. Chandelier in dining room was filthy and only half of the lights worked. Rusted and can’t change the bulbs. The flooring in the condo was in bad shape. Chips, lifting of planks. The dishwasher smelled like garbage. The toaster oven was disgusting and filthy. The oven was gross. Mattresses were good. Cracked and sharp granite in 2nd bathroom, also uneven sharp tiles in shower. Couch and dining room chairs also had extreme sagging. Couch is best and needs replacing as do dining room chairs. None of the condo had any matching decor. A mush mosh and certainly not luxurious at all. The pool was beautiful and clean as well as heated. The caretaker of the condo came and replaced a bunch of bulbs that were not working. TVs in each room (3) all had different access. Some Roku, some basic local channels and one in guest room had everything. Strange. I would not recommend this condo. Looks ok in pics but it isn’t a nice place. Also everywhere you travel requires you to get on I-4. It’s a traffic nightmare and not convenient.

Spacious and clean 2 bed room condo. Each bedroom is a master suite and on opposite sides for some privacy from the kids. Perfect for a family looking for a place to rest and recharge between all day adventures at the parks. Shopping and restaurants just mins away.

We loved our stay at this condo. Very clean when we arrived and decorated nicely. The pool was such a wonderful addition for my 3 & 1 year old. Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!

This condo is off Champion's Gate so it's back away from the main road of traffic which keeps the noise down. This is on the top floor, but the elevator was easy to access and never had to wait on it. This is located a moderate distance from Disney and can sometimes be a hassle to get to the parks because of all the traffic. Everything worked in the room which was nice because a lot of times I get to a room and there's always something that doesn't work, even if it's just a minor thing. Owner was nice and responsive so you can't go wrong with this place!

Exactly what we were looking for
This property was just what we needed. We stayed at Disney for 5 nights, but wanted to stick around an extra night and not pay Disney prices. Very clean. Washer/dryer could use an update. It was very easy to check in and it was exactly as advertised. The King bed in the master is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Very nice condo and would recommend to others.
This property was very nice and quiet. We loved the gated community and the homely feel to the place. The pool area was pleasant and beautifully presented. We enjoyed our stay in the condo as well. The owners decorated beautifully. We did wash the bed sheets when we arrived. We always do that. Two separate bedrooms with a kitchen and den area. Smart TV’s with many programs for viewing. Property owners had great communication as well as the property manager. We had to contact the property manager to make sure we were adjusting the air conditioner correctly and he answered on the first ring and was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property.

Three Weeks of Orlando
The condo we rented from a private owner in January was a very nice two bedroom with two bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with every appliance a person could want or need. The master suite was comfortable and had light darkening curtains which was a wonderful asset. However the guest bedroom needs a few updates immediately to be even considered accommodating. Both twin bed mattress springs make the most horrible noise when you sit on them let alone try to sleep on them, both bedspreads were stained and not sure when they were actually washed last and the window treatments are damaged with holes and won't open or close all of which make sleeping almost impossible in this second bedroom. Also the six towels and one kitchen towel need to be replaced as they are very worn and some are beginning to fall apart. As for the resort itself I was very disappointed as the pictures on the website are not what the resort amenities currently have. The outdoor restaurant and pool bar are not open and have not been in operations, according to the staff, for over three years. The pool was not heated as indicated so swimming was impossible and the spa (hot tub) was either not working or being held captive by unruly children so neither were used by us during our three week stay. We actually walked down the street and used the other resort (The Fountains) pool and spa instead. However if all you want is the place to be near all the Disney attractions for a couple days, this may the right place for you.
