This condo boasts 1,419 square feet of living space. There are three elegant bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms.

The main gathering area offers living space, kitchen, and dining room that flows out to the balcony area through 2 sets of double French doors. Sit on your own private balcony and enjoy a cold drink in the warm Florida breeze. Inside the condo, you will find high-end finishes throughout, such as stunning granite countertops, 42" kitchen cabinets, and luxury modern stainless steel appliances. There is also additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious and open-planned living area has a 50" LED TV.

The master en-suite bedroom has a king bed, LED cable TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and a cable TV. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and cable TV.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
