On the first floor, you'll find a delightful Queen bedroom and another room featuring a king bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Ascend the staircase to the upper level, where a world of comfort and serenity awaits. Discover two bedrooms one with two full beds and the other with a Queen bed, connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, creating a harmonious space for families or friends traveling together. Continue your journey through this expansive retreat to find a cozy queen bedroom, providing a tranquil escape for ultimate relaxation. The next bedroom offers a full-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep in a comfortable setting.
Finally, a full/twin bunk bedroom completes the collection of sleeping quarters. Perfectly suited for families or groups.

Great stay
House was great. Kitchen isn’t stocked with enough cooking things to feed all the people that the house can accommodate though, so be aware that you will need to bring or purchase things.

Overall great time
Biggest issue was checking in at the main gate. Would be extremely helpful to be given the address for the main gate. They left us a very generous amount of towels! The stay was very comfortable. Plenty of room. I would stay there again but would make sure to bring more trash bags and coffee filters.

House was ok, slightly dated but clean. Needs some updates such as pots and pans, utensils and bedding. Family enjoyed the pool. Location was good. Neighbors were extremely loud into the night (a.m.) three of the nights. We called security as instructed bur it took over an hour and a half for them to respond. This is something management has to address. Owner is responsive which helped.

The property was fantastic and we loved the home. The property management team was helpful and assessed all issues/conerns immediately. I wish their were more towels and better equipped kitchen but overall we had an amazing time from the big "kids" right down to the dog!

Clean and spacious
Clean and spacious property. We enjoyed being able to stretch out and relax after visiting local attractions. The gate is a little finicky and we were told by another guest it is intended to press call guard and then scan your gate pass. This worked well for us as well. Also, maybe we didn't read the listing correctly but the hot tub is not heated unless you purchase the heat in addition to your rental fees. We were a little disappointed by this as we were under the impression that the heat option was available to heat the pool not that the hot tub was unheated unless purchased. Overall our days were full of Disney and Universal adventures and we just slept here, but it suited us and our 2 teens well.

It was a great house but the gate passes where horrible.
The only thing that needs work is the gate passes, the codes do not work at all no matter what. And the staff at the door when you call do nothing about the fact that you’re stuck outside.

The place was clean, and great decor, had a little hiccup with the check-in cide but was corrected right away. I think the gate entry needs work but overall we had a great stay and when we did have an issue management took care of it quickly. We will return!!

Beautiful house pics don’t do it justice
We have stayed in a lot of resorts In the area this was a really nice house with a larger pool at the house. The clubhouse was a 6min drive but looks like there’s a closer one opening soon. We had the pool heated and we’re very happy there was a grill on site. They do have some beach towels in the house which was nice. Loved the in-house game room. The basketball court is around the corner (open 5am-closes @10pm). Volleyball court is inside the clubhouse (open 9am-9pm).

This a very large property, lots of space, clean, no odors, 30/45 min from most attractions, heated pool, utensils are available, pets allowed, dog park was available as well, Only negative will be backyards too close to neighbors (5 ft In between and maybe 7 to back ) If you get loud neighbor then you can pretty much see,hear,smell everything going on, so I would say lack of privacy would be the negative side,

The house was nice, but honestly not appointed well. Living room couch area only big enough for four people. so if you have eight people or more in your party they end up sitting on dining chairs. Need at least another couch. Kitchen ware, dishes, glasses -- small amount. Towels forget it, just not enough. Everything was minimal. Worst part of sty was trying to get through the gate with the pases they give you. Like pulling teeth with players.

I give 5 stars to this property. Communication between property manager was always prompt. It is a brand new community and the property itself had everything we needed, from parking to amenities like the private pool, and guest bedrooms for everybody. Would definitively stay again.

A little adjustments.
Overall the place is beautiful. There was plenty of space. It was more bedrooms than listed. We couldn’t find two of the remotes to tv’s. Some more cook ware needed. It was only enough to do less than basic cooking. More wash clothes are needed. Outside those minor fixes the place met all other needs.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY WITH EXTRA FRIENDS AND FAMILY
We had a blast at this home. Parking was spacious since we had 5 cars. The house was clean and very comfy. My only complaint is there are NO large pots or pans to cook meals in and the trash can is super small for the amount of people the house holds. other than that - I know to bring my own pots and pans next time. Highly recommended

This house is beautiful very spacious and very clean. Although Champion Gates is situated a few miles away from US-192 the comfort is worth it. However there are a few issues that I think the owners need to address. The main gate entry process using the QRCode on a daily basis do not work This is very frustrating because you have to wait for the security to let you in Also a guide should be provided to advise how to use the television channels and sufficient remotes for each Television provided. The outside garbage bins at the front door are too small. When the house is occupied with over 10 people the amount of garbage consumed daily can by far out number the space provided. Finally the pool needed to be serviced I contacted the property owners they did not respond. So we did not get to enjoy it on the last day. I would definitely stay here again

The property was large and accommodation were suitable for our group. The pots pans and dishes need upgraded. They are old and mismatched. They knew there was 12 in our party but silverware for less than that many people. The gate was an issue the whole week. The check in process was nerve wracking as we did not get a gate pass til shortly before arriving. The coffee pot was broke. I did like the development but I feel for the amount I paid there should have been more upgrades.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was huge enough to accommodate 3 families. The house is clean and the pool was so inviting after being out in the heat. I asked for a heated pool and sure enough it was hot like a sauna bath. The young ones did not like the hot pool but the old ones did especially at night. We asked to turn down the heat in the end. We loved the kitchen and the huge recreational area. That was the most favorite area next to the pool. There are only 2 things we had a problem with. First, it was challenging to get in the gate by scanning the gate pass. Sometimes it works and sometimes you have to buzz the virtual guard to open the gate. Second, there was a mound of dirty linen/comforter at the front of the house. I informed The Property Management and they replied that someone will take care of it. However, it remained in place even after we left. The cleaning lady came at 12:30 pm even though I paid for a late check out. She noticed the dirty linens and asked whose were those. I assumed they were from the last occupants and were never picked up. These were just minor inconveniences. All in all, it was a great experience. We may not return here in a long time but we will definitely recommend the place to our friends.
