This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (April 2017). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 Pixels). The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 pixels). The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch TV, DVD player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The dining room is also new with 6 chairs to suit a bigger family. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.

Improvements since April 2017: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.

The condo was very nice n roomy. Close to the front of the property. Many stores n restaurants within 5 mins of condo. My only issue was the door lock keypad. We would stay again if in that area for vacation

Very disappointing. Older run down unit in need of major renovations and cleaning.

Dirty floors,, drawers, dishes, glasses, cutlery and upholstery. Poor selection and condition of older pots and pans, baking sheets. Microwave and oven had splattered food and pizza dripping from wire shelves.and glass. Cracked flooring and bathroom tiles. We had to do a major clean before our 3 week stay. Very disappointing!Verizon reception non existent in unit and spotty elsewhere on property. We had to rely on WIFI. Very noisy upstairs neighbors and water closet flush sounds. Older appliances needing attention. Comfortable king bed, other twin mattresses very small and a bit uncomfortable. Not enough blankets, towels, or dish towels provided..Pool area nice. Overall property ok. Would consider another updated unit because the location of property was good for us… definitely NOT this unit!

Apartment little worn in the kitchen. One draw was broken and the coffe machine didn’t work unless pressing down on top. The key pad to open door was difficult. Everything else comfortable. Pool was nice.

The neighbors upstairs were a little noisy. Not much you can do about it. Other than that We had everything we needed for a short trip to Orlando. Just a note the bathtub is extremely slippery, the kitchen sink is leaking and the interior doors could probably be wiped down.

Father’s Day weekend

We loved the condo and the location. The only problem was not having cable tv. Our family enjoyed the parks during the daytime, but we love to also enjoy tv together for our bonding time. Not having cable for watching sports was a big problem for us., otherwise, the visit was great.

The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

Great vacation rental!

Arrived a little before 8:00pm and everything went smooth as the property manager provided everything in the email no question needed to be asked ! Except one but as soon as I messaged they responded as needed! Overall cleanness was top notch no complaints at all! Baby play pin as well as high chair is provided which was a big plus! Will definitely be coming back 👍

The great getaway

The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. The condo was nice and the check in process was flawless. Parking was no problem and overall we would come here again. Great small resort

Quiet location where you can always find a sun lounge or a lounge under a canopy at the warm, large, zero depth pool. Hot tub is hot. Weight room showing some wear but had everything My wife and I needed from eliptical to free weights. Smaller two chair and table on porch but we pulled a couple of the dining table chairs so our family of 4 could eat on the screened in porch. Wish there was a grill to cook out but kitchen was well stocked with a waffle maker, cookware and even an pressure cooker (Instapot?). Publix grocery store and an Aldi grocery store(our go to store) nearby.
