The bar food was excellent, service was outstanding. Meagan went out of her way to re-assign me a room that I reserved by mistake. Meagan is fantastic and definitely hospitable!! Went down to the lake and saw a alligator, the signs warn you. Rooms are quite. Overall a nice hotel and if I'm ever in Orlando I will be back.

Late Arrival No Problemo!
We only stayed 1 night, but arrived late, and check-in was very nice and efficient. We had really not eaten much all day and we found the bar was open till midnight, and even though it was 11:30 pm, they were happy to le t us order. The service was excellent and staff very friendly.

Got off our flight late so we were exhausted but quickly found the hotel. The front desk staff was nice and got us in quick. Even giving us a late checkout (1pm) since we got in after midnight. Hotel was nice and clean

A prefect ten
Inviting lobby was a welcome sight after a long evening at the airport with an eventually cancelled flight. The quick and friendly check in was wonderful. The room was clean quiet roomy comfortable and well appointed. We slept like cats. The quality felt like double what we paid. And the excellent food and bar service at the Crimson lounge was the cherry on top. You’ve got a gem there Marriott!
