Will NOT be staying here again. Ants were everywhere all over my food, all over the bathroom literally everywhere. The Air con didn’t work either. We were able to move rooms with less ants and a working AC, but then our new card keys stopped working every now and then.

Horrible, the rooms are in awful conditions, the carpets smell like mold, we all came back with allergies, the restrooms are awful, in fact everything is awful, I wouldn't recommend nobody to waste their money staying there.

simply horrible, a nightmare! A horrible smell of marijuana in the bathroom of my room and I with my children. They came into my room to look at my things and did not do the room service, my fire alarm went off, I went to the reception they told me to solve it myself, I had to take it out of the wall and the next day they sent me that I would receive a fine. It’s not a hotel but a building of horror!

Bugs everywhere, stained furnishings and dirty sheets. Plaster peeling off the walls, and overall just disgusting. Rooms look nothing like the photos they use to advertise, not even close.

We stayed here during Hurricane Milton. We had King Room which was very Spacious room with comfortable couch. Was so quiet we slept through most of the storm. Full house, thus limited breakfast in the morning. Front desk agents Diana and Maria were so helpful and accommodating. Stay was total surprise based on reviews. Thank You MI CASA for helping us get through the stressful room and providing a safe roof over us during this Monster Storm!

Disgusting
This was the worst experience of an hotel I’ve ever had in my entire life when we got to the room that night. It was nasty, dirty, and stink. It was dirt dirt I mean a pile of dirt in the sink when I tried to use the restroom it was roaches Roaches coming from it was a lot of dust on the roof. It was some disgusting staying on the sheet that was in room 327. They moved to room 329 and there was no hot water more roaches trying to get into my bag the pillows on the second bed were Towels felt like I was drying off with a rug from the ground. When I turned the light on it flickered for an hour until it was the same I would not recommend this hotel. Do better to get better reviews. I will not sugarcoat anything or bite my tongue if I could get a refund, I would get my money back because this was not worth it.

The breakfast menu is the same everyday and very bad. The women who works in the cafeteria is always watching you and scolding all the time as if were going to steal something. They don't let you get the breakfast to go, so if you have children they have to go down and eat in the cafeteria. The shower curtain and the bedsheets was broken. The people who were staying upstairs and next to us were making a lot of noise, smoking and drinking.They don't give enough towels and are small. Not going again and don't recommend for long stays.
