Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

This property was exactly what it said it was snd we loved it. The pool and outdoor area were great with a nice size pool and a lot of seating. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook and clean after ourselves. The rooms were all very clean and spacious and decorated beautifully.Those murals, wow! The game area was so fun but our absolute favorite was the movie room. We had a movie night and it was the best.We had a great time with our family here and can't wait to stay here again. Than you!

My family along with 2 other families rented this home while in Orlando for a soccer tournament. We all really enjoyed the home. The pool was perfect for all of us and the games upstairs kept the kids entertained for a while. The theater room was a very nice add to our stay too. The house was very clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had 11 people stay and we had plenty of room. The price was good too. Overall we were all very happy with this home. Only thing I would say is when you get to the gate to get your pass into the neighborhood the line is long and very backed up. So be prepared to wait. We would very much like to stay in the home again when we go back to Orlando!

My family and I travel to Orlando often for vacation and this is one of the best, if not thee best home we have stayed in yet. We traveled with 6 children and 4 adults and everyone LOVED the home. The neighborhood was great. What we loved most was that there was a shuttle that picked us up and took us to the amenity centers. The in home movie theater and game room was WONDERFUL. The pool and jacuzzi was also great. There is nothing negative I could say about this home and we will be back.

An excellent stay with everything you need!
We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute. All of the bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, a private bath for everyone, and a fully stocked kitchen make for a great spot. Our kids were obsessed with the movie theater, Lady Pac-Man, and of course the pool and hot tub. The water park was the icing on the cake! We had a couple of maintenance issues but the Property Management team was amazing and responsive. Everything was resolved quickly and they were absolutely great about it. You don't have to leave the property to enjoy your vacation, but we went to the Central Florida Zoo, Lake Louisa State Park, and the Orlando Science Center during our stay. There's so much to do outside of the theme parks. Enjoy!

I was most impressed by the floor plan and comfort of the house. So many nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The gathering places were also large enough for us all to spend time together. Fun Family Vacation
Our families loved being able to go swim in the pool then when bored they could go in and play games or watch a movies in the theater! The kids had best time which made this vacation that much more enjoyable for the parents! A Publix was just down the road which made it easy to run and grab some last minute food items! The house was clean and has more than enough space and extras for us to use! Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a fun vacation!

Best house for kids and families
We absolutely loved this place! Everything appeared in person as nice as it does in the pictures. The movie theater and surround sound system was awesome to watch the superbowl! Great communication with the owner and the property management team. We had a little issue with one of the Roku remotes and someone came right over to solve the problem. Very clean and well managed property overall. House still looks and smells new, everything worked as it should. Our 3 kids ages 7-11 loved the game room, xbox's and having their own separate rooms. Plus with three adults we had a full house but felt very comfortable the whole time and we all LOVED the pool area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family. Nice and quiet well maintained gated community.

So much to do!
We had a wonderful time staying here! Just in the house there was SOOO much to do! Movie theatre, game room, pac man, Xbox, swimming, hot tub, etc. my kids were in heaven. The club house was nice as well. Lazy River, splash pad, pool/hot tub, food and beverages. The house was clean, the amenities were wonderful. The owner was very responsive when I had questions, etc. 10/10 recommend. We will likely book again!

What an Amazing Experience
First of all, this property is STUNNING and completely exceeded our expectations - even more lovely in person than the pictures can show!!! We had a very nice experience with check-in and the place was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and well thought-out in terms of amenities. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We paid for the heat and it was a perfect temperature. They also have safety features for the pool such as a door alarm and a protective mesh fence to keep little ones accounted for. We had one extremely minor maintenance thing (slightly cracked toilet handle) that we made them aware of. We just wanted to give them a heads up and told them we would be fine with it for the duration of the stay, but we were delighted to come home from the parks the very next day to see it had been completely replaced with a new one, like magic! We would definitely return to this property. For the price, it is well worth it in terms of value and experience! We loved the game room upstairs and the movie theater experience is off the chain!

Perfect gathering for all our immediate family members to be together in one home for our Mom’s birthday. Very spacious, great size bedrooms. Had our own pool to enjoy as well as took advantage of the close by lazy river and community pool/bar. The restaurant was great as well! Only complaint is the home needs updated pillows, very flat. Would definitely come stay again! The decor and game room were a hit for our almost 4 year old.

Our family has not taken a vacation since our daughter got ill back in 2020. So this was our first mini vacation. The communication between the Host & I was on point from beginning to end. We had a great experience with our rental home and with the property management company. The home was exactly as described. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The home was spotless and you could tell it had just been cleaned. The property management team gave excellent check-in instructions and left lights and nice welcoming music for our arrival. The location was excellent. Easy to get to all the local parks. Super close to restaurants and grocery. The amenities were great. Private pool and hot tub at the home, plus a large pool / water-park type amenity on the property and very close to the house. This home is great for large families and kids. The game room was an added plus for our 10 and 16 year old. Very comfortable home - excellent layout and lovely décor. We highly recommend this property and management company.

Family Reunion Event!
First I want to say that the property looks EXACTLY like the pictures you see of the house online. We are always looking for a fun house, especially for the kids in our Family Reunions, and this house was just perfect for everyone! The game room was definitely a hit, especially with the old-school arcade of Mrs. Pac-Man. Definitely fun and I played too! But the best part of the house is that amazing theater room with the Star Wars theme. We all loved it! Keith was on top of it with the communication for any questions I was having during my stay. We have stayed in many other rental homes before, but I do have to say that what stood out with this house was seeing how CLEAN the rooms were and everything was so spic and span. It felt good to come into a home that looked and smelled clean. We appreciated that! The ambiance coming into the house with the music on in the background was very welcoming. I give this house more than a 5 out of 5 because it exceeded our expectations. We had to figure out the alarm issue every time we went out to the pool area, but there are clear instructions posted as to what to do when exiting the back doors. So not a problem at all. Overall it was a wonderful house and property, and we definitely want to come back again! I really liked the Champions Gate area, it looks so well-maintained and gives you those vacation vibes.
