Moldy and musty...inaccurate description of house!
We have been booking for over decade on Vrbo all over the world from Greece to South Africa and we have to say this house was the worst experience we've ever had!!The house is filled with a terrible musty and moldy smell that permeated through our clothes. Unfortunately, we went down for our sons wedding, and the gowns had to be put outside for hours to air out which still didn't help!!! Read All of our clothes have to be sent to the dry cleaners. If you have allergies or asthma, you will be in very bad shape!! The house is very old and needs updating. The furniture is old. The drawers barely open in the bedroom. There were holes in the baseboards in the closets. The rugs in the bathroom were so dirty. If you were over 130 pounds you can't really turn around in the one shower. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower is unusable. It does not include any paper products, but a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The outdoor furniture is old and stained except for the pool lounge chairs. The hot does not work and apparently hasn't worked in a long time. We are beyond disappointed, and when we reached out to the manager who said it was probably "hurricane "damage. You could see water stains all over the house. The floors are uneven. We would never recommend anyone staying in this house. Unfortunately, the location is wonderful, but the house is terrible. We are going to reach out to Vrbo to address this falsification!

Pictures tell a different story!
The property is in in a great location and Judy did a good job of communicating with us. However, the property was not clean!! The bath mat in the master bath was full of holes. The curtains in the master were filthy! In general, the home looked and felt uncared for. We bought towels, pillows and a bath mat do we could get through our two week stay!

Hate to Give this One Star
We really enjoyed the house and our stay, and would love to stay again, BUT when we arrived the house had not been cleaned. We had to strip the beds, wash the sheets, remake the beds, clean the toilet....all at the end of a day of traveling. I was able to reach the property manager and she promised a cleaner would come the next day, and indeed they did. I was promised a refund on the cleaning fee and have been unable to obtain that refund. It's been two months+ of trying to get a satisfactory answer from the manager. This one star review is my last resort trying to get my refund.

Comfy house, great location
The home was very comfortable for two people. Quiet neighborhood, but lots of street traffic. Judy was responsive to questions at check-in. Would stay here again, would recommend to a friend.

Clean comfortable home in heart of Winter Park. Close to recreation, shopping, Park Avenue/ Rollins and I-4/ Semeron. We did not use inviting pool due to weather. Thoughtful host.
