Relaxing family get away

Property was as described. All rooms clean, kitchen equipment and supplies were plenty, washer and dryer worked. There were more than enough starter supplies for our small family of four (we only stayed 3 nights) and we could easily see 8 people staying comfortably. The pool was great, we had it heated for our April stay but it got pretty warm in the sun so if you didn't really want the "jacuzzi" hot its probably not necessary. The Oasis resort pool and lazy river, water slide, splash pad were decent but definitely perfect for younger kids. Overall, we would do this again as a meet-up with more friends/family.

So much room!

This place was awesome. Close to Disney, sea world, and Busch gardens. The theater room, the pool table, the pool/spa were all great. This place has so much space and so many bathrooms! You could have a family reunion here!

This was a great property. The house was clean, the pool was great, the theatre room was a hit with the kiddos!!!Kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time and any issues we had were felt with quickly. Would stay again.

House was perfect for location, comfort and space. Plenty of room for family to spread out and enjoy. Entry into the association was much easier than other locations. Only one day of a traffic backup. Plenty of space to park. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing!!!

This house was fantastic. Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about it from the theater room, to the game room, and the relaxing pool and spa. These were all such great amenities to have after long days in the parks. The neighborhood was great and quiet and the location was super close to everything including Disney and Universal. We had one minor hiccup with the door lock during our stay, but it was taken care of within minutes. Communication was great with management. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Fabulous time at The Big Chill!!

Gorgeous house with more than enough space to fit 3 couples and two single 20’s - huge great room with sofas, dining and very well equipped kitchen - pool table in offshoot dining room with fab games room upstairs and movie theatre with 8 lazy boys and massive screen perfect for evening movies. Beds all very comfortable - lovely pool and hot tub - thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend

Really awesome!

This house was really awesome! Myself, my husband, our three kids ages nine, seven, six and my parents all enjoyed our stay! When we arrived, it was super super clean! It looks like a picture out of a magazine! The pool was wonderful, the game room and the pool table were incredible as well! Super handy to have a washer and dryer! We enjoyed the theater room as well! There was plenty of room to spread out and relax! We loved the street it was on, it was quiet. We had nobody behind us. There’s an open field. Check in and check out were extremely easy, we love that they supplied linens and towels and blankets. I would highly recommend!

We loved every bit of our stay! Something for everyone! We were able to watch the fights on the pool theater wich was epic. Location was perfect, we walked to the oasis club. Communication was clear, fast and friendly! Overall a very memorable experience! Highly recommend 👌

Great family trip!!

Loved this house, clean, spacious, nice location, about a 10 minute walk to Oasis community pool (there is also a free shuttle to pool). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house, spent alot of time there, definitely recommend paying the extra $30 a day to heat it, temperature was perfect! The movie theatre room was also a great feature! Would stay here again for sure. My only complaint was with the Oasis community pool, not very friendly at check in desk and they search your bag like you are a criminal looking for outside food and drink. Cannot even bring in water as they want you to pay $4.50 for a water bottle, which is ridiculous! That is an unsafe and greedy practice on their part. Also their food prices were way overpriced.

Nice house

House was as advertised. It was roomy enough for 11 of us. The pool area was great! One of the king bedrooms beds (off the game room) was horrible. Was like sleeping on valleys. Definitely needs a new mattress. Figuring out the tvs was a big pain. You have to sign up for a Roku account. Trying to set up all the tvs and the theatre took up a lot of our time. Overall, nice stay for the cost.

Enjoyed Christmas through New Years Day!

Great place to stretch out and relax after busy days and some busy nights. We opted for heat in the pool and recommend it as we were in it every night for a swim despite some cold temperatures. Place has everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your vacation.
