The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Suberbe condo. La propriétaire a pensé à tout. Grande piscine avec glissade pour les enfants. Tout près de Disney. Je recommande sans hésitation!

The Perfect Place to Stay
What a wonderful experience. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Correspondence was always quick and the check in was made so easy. This was home from home for us, it was clean, beds comfortable, and it had everything you could wish for plus the location is just amazing near to Walmart and literally 7 minutes from Animal Kingdom. It was so good we have already booked to return later this year. Thank you to the host for making this such a wonderful stay.

The condo was amazing, clean and spacious. The location was great with lots of great restaurants around and the clubhouse had lots of amenities. The pool area was great, neighborhood was clean and quiet. Loved all the extras the condo had. Lots of games and movies. Linen and the bedding were very comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! April was more than welcoming towards my family and was a gracious host! The condo was stocked with all the necessities even down to sugar for my morning tea. This was a huge help! Our 8 year old was in love with the bunk beds and having her own space! The condo was clean and decorated nicely! We will definitely rent from April again!

Great comfortable stay in Orlando!
We were in town for a soccer tournament and were happy that the ride to the ESPN World of Sports was only 14-16 minutes. We had everything we needed in the condominum. The kids' room with the bunk beds was spacious with a huge attached bathroom. The adult rooms were equally comfortable and the bat off the master was adorable. April was responded within minutes of any inquiry. The kitchen items were perfect for cooking and the kitchen itself was roomy. Was a great place to relax in after coming home from a long day of soccer. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is so nice! Clean and more than enough room for seven of us. Close to the pool as well. We liked the fact that it was close to all the Disney parks. Would definitely stay again but maybe not during a Hurricane!! We never lost power during the storm either. Great communication with the owner. Thank you April!

Almost nothing with this trip went as planned but thankfully we booked this wonderful place with April. I'm sure she was tired of me contacting her over the past couple of days but she was a great host. I had to reach out to her multiple times and she responded quickly, pleasantly clearly. Check in was easy and the security was helpful. The place was well designed and stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, quite and close to attractions. I just simply enjoyed staying here. Two Week family vacation
We had a great time staying here. The property is lovely and was perfect for us with a young family. The resort and pool area was good also for downtime. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she was always on hand before and during our stay to help with any questions or issues we had. I would strongly recommend and we hope to stay again sometime soon.

We've just spent 2 weeks in Windsor Hills. The apartment is immaculately presented with absolutely everything we needed. There was ample space for our family of five. April was attentive and timely in her contact with us and I would without a doubt book this condo again.

My family and I really enjoyed our time in Windsor Hills. April was a great host and her place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed as we spent our time going to parks and a volleyball tournament. April is super friendly and easy to work with… her condo is stocked with all the things we found ourselves needing/wanting to use! We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in the Orlando area!!!

Beautiful and clean in Orlando!
We had a great stay at April’s property! We were in town for my daughter’s sports competition, and prefer to stay in a condo vs a hotel. The condo was updated, CLEAN (most important!), and convenient to the ESPN Wide World of Sports, where we had to be each day. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need if choosing to cook, the bathrooms had plenty of towels, the bedrooms extra blankets and pillows, and the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool twice, and my daughter loved the water slides. April was so helpful and communicative and it helped made our stay easy! 10/10 I would recommend this unit and stay again!

My friends and I were in Orlando for a birthday trip to Epcot. The housing development was very nice and the condo was beautiful. We were only about 4 miles from Epcot and using Uber to get everywhere was awesome. April was awesome to work with and communicated great. I will book with her again.

EXCELLENT LOCATION
Condo was spotless and just as pictured. I accompanied my husband and his friends on a golf weekend. Very comfortable and conveniently located. It was during spring break so there were a lot of families with small kids. Would definitely return, but would do it at a different time of year.

We stayed at the condo for our Christmas holiday. It was was equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean! We had plenty of space and the location was fantastic. It was only a couple of miles from the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place
My wife and I can't describe how wonderful this property was and beneficial for our family. We loved every bit of the Thanksgiving trip because the location to the Disney parks, and the use of the pool area. The pool area was so nice, that my kids actually referred to it as a water park. For kids that don't get to swim much, they literally could have been out there each day if the weather had cooperated. I highly encourage anyone staying in the Disney area to give this place a try. I know my wife will want to come back to this place each time we visit Orlando.
