This villa is located in one of the closest gated communities to Disney, just 3 miles away from the attractions. Situated off 192 West in Kissimmee, you'll never run out of things to do with nearby gift shops, designer outlet malls, restaurants, and major supermarkets.

Sunset Lakes is an exclusive, small, gated community, surrounded by tranquil lakes and overlooking a conservation area. The community features a pool, and a recently refurbished play area. Fishing is allowed in the lakes and from the boardwalk.

Our home boasts an open-plan layout, offering spacious and stylish accommodations. Fully furnished to an exceptional standard, it includes modern amenities and an alarm system for peace of mind.

The pool area has a covered lanai with seating, offering peaceful views of the conservation area and lake, where wildlife can often be spotted.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, designed with comfort and a homely feel. The master bedroom has a king-size bed featuring a walk-in wardrobe with shelves and fitted rails. Alongside an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, twin sinks, plenty of soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The further queen bedroom and two twin rooms, all with fitted wardrobes, smart TV’s, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. The second bathroom also features a bath/shower, twin sinks, soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the property.

The spacious living area features a 66" SMART plasma screen TV complemented by surrounding vibrant LED lights. Additionally, there’s a Bluetooth stereo for your entertainment. The comfortable lounge has large sliding patio doors with ample seating for up to 8 people.

The family kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and pizza oven. The open-plan dining area has plenty of seating for everyone and opens onto the pool lanai, perfect for family "alfresco dining."

For safety, the patio door is fitted with a child alarm to signal entry to the pool area.
The pool area includes an abidance of play equipment, colourful lights, and comfortable sun-beds to help you relax and soak up the sun.

The laundry room has a fully fitted washing machine and dryer available, where you can find extra pool/beach towels provided.

Great spot and close to the parks
This was a second stay at the unit and we enjoyed it again. There is good space, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and it was great to have access to the pool. Host was also very responsive. We will definitely look to rebook if/when we return to the Orlando area.

Wonderful Villa!!!!!!!!
From the moment we stepped into this villa it felt like home. Just what we wanted. We spent ages searching for the right villa for us and this exceeded all our requirements. We especially wanted a cosy feel with a super comfy sofa and carpets. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool and absorbing the sun and the wonderful view over the lake, especially after some busy days at the theme parks. We had the sun shining on the pool/patio right upto sunset. Our two teenagers loved the fast Wifi and Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our occasional meals. The Villa is in an excellent location. Really close to all supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, Starbucks, Disney, you name it, it was close by!! Audra the owner was superb with communication. No problems at all with anything. It really was a perfect family holiday with comfortable, clean, cosy accommodation in a fantastic location. We had to wait nearly 5 years for this holiday due to the pandemic and we had originally booked this villa back in 2020. We are so glad we were able to re book it again. It was worth the wait. Wonderful Week!
We had a great stay at this property, the private pool and spacious house were the highlights for our family. The kitchen had everything we could want for cooking and the security system offered a great peace of mind in the rental. Wonderful Getaway
We loved staying here. I was attending a conference for a couple of days while my wife, daughter and mother-in-law visited Universal and toured Orlando. Then we had a few relaxing days together, taking full advantage of the pool and the serenity of the surroundings. We would love to come back here next time we're in Orlando.

Lovely well maintained home in superb location
Fantastic property. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and in a great location too. Close to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was fantastic getting sun from mid morning into the evening and overlooking a conservation lake. Property was close to a main road and some folks may find traffic noise intrusive if seeking peace and quiet but it didn't bother us during our stay. Would 100% recommend this home and would choose to stay here again if holidaying in Orlando.

What a location!
This villa is one of the best we have stopped at in the 25yrs of holidaying in Florida. The location is perfect for all the Theme parks. Also a fantastic area for food restaurants a short drive away. The villa is only a 20-30 min drive from Orlando International Airport. The area is very relaxing with great views across the lake and lots of wildlife. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained. The seating and beds are very comfortable. The heated pool was lovely as the weather was quite cool during our stay. Great selection of free TV programs particularly liked the sports channels. I thoroughly recommend this villa! Paul England
