Just steps away to your resort's water park and Clubhouse, you can begin your family adventures of endless fun for everyone, yes including you adults! You will have a double-olympic sized pool, water slides, a castle-themed playground, jacuzzi, arcade, basketball & volleyball courts, fitness center, convenience store, a tiki bar, its own movie theater and much more! Explore the surrounding area and discover many amazing restaurants.

As a thank you for your stay, we will provide 5 K-Cup pods for the brand-new Keurig dispenser. You will also be provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small soap in each bathroom and one starter pack of detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Anything over this is the guest’s responsibility. We do not include paper towel or sponges. We are also unable to provide spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and dish soap for purchase as well as a few other household items. There is a grocery/shopping center conveniently located just minutes away (driving).

Windsor Hills is a wonderful community that is rated one of Orlando’s best gated resort communities due to its world class amenities. With everything at your fingertips and being the closest resort community to the World Drive entrance of Disney, why stay anywhere else?

Instructions will be sent 5-7 days before arrival. Failure to finish payment will result in not being able to check-in.

Check-in is 4pm EST and check-out is 10am EST. Keep in mind early check-in or late check-out cannot always be arranged due to prior or arriving guests as well as routine cleaning.

There is a pool on premise and using it is done at your own risk!

By booking, you agree to the short-term lease agreement attached. This protects both parties.

Planning a vacation and choosing the perfect place to stay is stressful! I was specifically looking for a property with 3 bedrooms to accommodate my family while we visited Walt Disney World. This property was just as described! Well-appointed, clean and updated within a few miles of all parks. The beds were comfortable, our kids enjoyed the plunge pool, and overall layout was just perfect for our family. We did not have an opportunity to use the resort pool or take advantage of the beautiful kitchen because we spent a majority of our time in the parks. Without hesitation, I would re-book this property again in the future and recommend it to others. Communication with the owner was great and it was a fabulous vacation!

Family vacation
Home was clean and very nice for our family stay to attend Disney world. The kitchen was well stocked and seemed to have anything you would need to prepare a meal. The beds were so comfortable and the pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. The community amenities looked wonderful unfortunately our stay was not long enough to enjoy them! We'd love to come back. The townhome is a great vacation get away place as well as a close spot to stay for a Disney trip if you don't want to stay on a resort. Chris was great in communicating. He provided all the information needed for easy check in as well as check out and had quick response to questions. Would highly recommend this home!

This place was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated, beds were so comfy, and such a great location. We loved spending time in the private pool, and also enjoyed the resort pool as well. We will definitely book here again next time we come to Orlando!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean town house. Enjoyed the new appliances and small pool. The only thing to be aware of is that the club house with pool is walking distance, however the area with basketball, volleyball, and tennis we had to drive too. The owner was very responsive and overall a great experience.

Perfect Disney Vacation!
We has a wonderful stay at Paradise Cove at Windsor Hills! The townhouse is beautiful, clean and very comfortable! The kids loved the private pool at the house and the pool and waterslides at the clubhouse, which was a just short walk from the house. The hosts/owners were very easy to reach and responded to any questions immediately. We arrived earlier than our check in time, but the house was ready, so they let us check in as soon as we arrived! They made our stay very easy and comfortable! We used Lyft or Uber to get to and from the parks and we never waited more the 5 minutes either direction for a ride. It is only 15 minutes to the Disney parks and paid about $20-25 each way and you get dropped off close to the park entrances (Parking at Disney is $30+ and a long walk to the park). It was well worth the rides! We like cook our own food and eat healthy even on vacation and this house was well equipped with a beautiful kitchen and everything we needed. We used Instacart for Publix grocery delivery and it worked out great! We had an amazing stay here and highly recommend it!

Everthing as expected. A few more kitchen supplies would be great for cooking in, but we made it work for our short stay. My son left his airpods behind and the property caretaker was kind enough to mail them to us. Thank you for this above and beyond.
