Everyone we spoke with from check in to check out was so kind and helpful. We were in town for an event so we didn’t spend a lot of time onsite. We received daily texts from the staff checking in to make sure we were alright and didn’t need anything. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants. We have another trip planned in February and we already booked this location again.

We enjoy staying at this property because even though it is older, the rooms are clean and comfortable; the location is great to access just about anything and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again

The only complaint would be to have to deal with the timeshare sales people in order to get your parking pass. Waste of time and too hard of sales that don't give you the opportunity to say no. Very annoying.

We stayed here for access to Disney and Universal. Although it's a short Uber away it was a great place to stay. Would fully recommend

This was our third time staying. It’s a very convenient location for WDW and having the space of an entire small condo is well worth the drive. I also appreciate that they text asking if anything is needed after your first day. My only complaint is this time, I was forced to go to the “concierge” desk after checking in to get my parking pass. I’ve never had to do this before and even watched the front desk give a parking pass to another couple checking in later so I’m not sure why I was forced to do this. The concierge desk had a woman who basically gives you a timeshare/vacation pitch while printing your parking pass. Did not care for her tactics at all. Also be aware of the $15 daily resort fee and $200 deposit which you have to pay upon checking in. Not a deal breaker for us, but good to know.
