It is fully climate controlled & comfortably accommodates 14 people. The oversized pool with hot tub overlooks the Championship Highlands Reserve Golf Course. It is a great spot to relax & find inner peace before heading out for all the area offers. This quiet community is located close to Disney, all major highways, and major attractions/restaurants making it a perfect family vacation spot.

Great family home
This was an awesome stay for a big family. Lots of restrooms and beds to accommodate everybody. I like the extra touches TVs and the ping-pong table. In a very nice neighborhood. I definitely would stay here again with a group of people

Poor experience
We stayed at this property in July August for 14 nights it was a gift to our children and grandchildren. From the description and well taken photographs the house appeared presentable but this was not our personal experience. On arrival the trash cans to the side of the house were overflowing with trash and infested with maggots, there was a broken dining chair. The furniture was tired and worn and the back of one couch was broken. The dishwasher did not empty and was left holding stale smelly water until some one came to empty it. The remotes to the TVs did not all work and had to be replaced. the cable coverings were damaged and hanging off the walls. The pool decking area was dirty and had algae growing. The sun shade was ripped and dirty. The smoke alarms would randomly go off 2 -3 times a night when we were in bed disrupting our sleep especially our grandchildren's which then impacted on our planned days. We had to remove the smoke alarms after several days due to the disruption, we did inform the premier host due to the health and safety of our family and the house in case of a fire. It took a week for them to be replaced. On return to the UK we contacted the premier host who acknowledged problems with the house but has now ghosted us for over a month.

Our stay was nice and pleasant. Had 2 families that joined us. Everything was well equipped. Plenty of living space. I wished the pool and spa was functional, definitely would’ve made it better. Bikes had flat tires so couldn’t ride those. The remote for one of the tv’s didn’t work. But overall, we made the best of it.

What you see is what you get
Everything was good. The only thing I would say that need improvement is the air conditioning. It does not cool the 2nd floor enough where most of the room are. The gist put fans in each room but that’s not enough in my opinion. Other than that everything is good.
