Property was clean, comfy bed, great buffet breakfast. The shuttle to the parks isn’t the best, only runs at 10:50 and return at 5,1030. If staying for Disney I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle for transportation

Moldy and gross

This is a motel, doors are located outside. The building is old and outdated, the room was "remodeled" but basically a quick fix overtop of the old things and it smells of mold and I was sick after the first night. Shower had been "updated" with an insert system but also had mold and was gross. The "gym" had one very old treadmill, a stationary bike, and elliptical and weights. I felt very unsafe by myself, my back was turned to the door and the gym is also located outside. Very strange design. The breakfast items were not great either. the front desk is somewhat friendly though. Close to Disney and Uber was cheap to get to parks. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Property was very nice and the staff were very friendly. We upgraded to a suite with no issues. Breakfast was nice but nothing fancy....usual for most hotels. We were not a big fan of the cards you had to present to staff before you can eat. Most hotels use the honor system. Room was comfortable and clean but sofa was somewhat uncomfortable for watching tv. All in all we would stay there again.

The environment was average. My husband was bitten by small bugs on the bed, and his body was covered with marks similar to mosquito bites. Even after we got home, the bite marks didn’t disappear and lasted for several days. Unfortunately, we didn’t contact the hotel immediately to request a room change. I would advise others to report such issues to the hotel right away, request a room change, and keep evidence.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms and overall grounds were clean, the AC unit ran smoothly, the breakfast was plentiful, the pool heated (in January), the place secure, and staff very helpful & friendly.
