I wasn't expecting much for the price. Just looking for a place to sleep fairly cheap. The beds were not very good, which wasn't that big of a deal. The a/c was very loud and you could hear people talking through the vent in the bathroom. It didn't appear to have been cleaned very well and smelled strongly of mold. I did not end up sleeping well.

This property is dying of renovation. They need serious and professional renovation in bathrooms especially. Cheap handymen have been doing a terrible job renovating that facility.

TLDR: RUN! AVOID THIS ROTTING RELIC AND IT'S INCOMPETENT STAFF! At the airport it took over an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive, this after 4 calls to the front desk. Every time we were told "he is on the way", yet it took over 90 minutes before we finally got a ride to a hotel that is only 3 miles away. We watched the other hotel shuttles come & go FOUR TIMES before we finally got a ride. Once at the hotel we tried to take a shower and...no hot water. We went to the front desk to be told "it is an old hotel, it takes 5 minutes for hot water to arrive". We waited 10...no hot water. They sent a maintenance man to check it out, and his conclusion? No hot water! (duh). We asked for a room change and were denied because the entire hotel was out of hot water as the boiler had been shut off. Why? Nobody knows or cares. Bottom line: This "Quality" hotel is a franchise owned 80's relic that has never been updated and cuts corners (the bathroom had visible black mold in the caulking). The posted Quality Inn "promise" said to speak to the front desk about problems and "We will make things right!". The front desk response? "There is nothing I can do because you booked through Expedia". Some promise. Their hotel, their room, but because the reservation came from a 3rd party you are treated as a 3rd class guest. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. There are tons of nearby hotels that aren't 40yrs old with empowered staff that actually care about hospitality and service.
