The only complaint is that 1 of 2 elevators was not working the whole time we were there and then the morning we left the only working elevator was not. We had to go down the stairs with our suitcases.

Ended up waiting 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Hotel is only 3.6 miles away. When we arrived at the hotel there was a guest talking to the front desk about the hotel not checking ID when accepting a credit card. She apparently had multiple rooms charged to her card. The staff member that assisted us was concerned about everything going on in the lobby except for us. Gave us our room keys with no direction on where to go, no thank you or good evening, nothing. I won’t be staying here again.

One of our rooms had water on the floor and plug or electrical wire laying in it. The smell of weed and onions made me vomit. They had air movers everywhere. I couldn’t find myself to stay there. The front desk was understanding and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised
Much better than expected. We just needed a place close to the airport for 1 night, and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was great, clean, friendly, good breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Honestly if you are just staying the night to go the airport it’s cheap and you have a shuttle that will take you to the airport. Going to our room the hallway smelled weird. Not sure what caused it once we were in the room it was fine. The only issue with our room was that there was water coming up from the grout. I called the front desk and they sent someone up but there was nothing they could do because it was still coming up.
