Tried to call for the free shuttle from the airport, no answer for 10 tries, then got hung up on the 11th try. Got to the hotel, check in went fine, notice that you have to sign up for the shuttle back to the airport, and it's already listed as full the night before. So 2 uber trips extra that i didn't count on

The staff seemed laid back when my wife and I walked into the hotels lobby the place looked abandoned no one was behind the front desk and after a few minutes a woman appeared and looked upset as if we disturbed her nap she wasn’t polite and barely greeted us she seemed cold. When we got our room keys she didn’t say enjoy your stay or anything remotely welcoming. I’m just glad that our stay was for one day we happen to be in town for a cruise which leaves the very next day 01/05/25.
