I had an inconvenience with my booking through a website, but the front desk staff Dylan and Karianne were and have been very helpful and super friendly. Nicole Mendez from Sales was amazing to assist me with my problem with the website so I could fix it. the best experience I have ever had in a hotel the Marriott chain. The hotel is super cute and well maintained, the rooms are large and comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze and hotel was clean. Buffet Breakfast had a lot of variety. Hotel offered bar with food service also with a lot of options. We will definitely be staying again.

A Wonderful Experience

I really liked the size of the rooms and the kitchen! Just the right amount of utensils and dishes to use in order to cook and eat within your room. Staff was very courteous and timely with any request or help I needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in the flamingo crossings area. I know I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
