They offer a free shuttle service to and from Disney theme parks. Not to Universal. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions during our stay. The area has a Wendy’s, and Firehouse Subs that are open till 10pm. During the day there are other nearby food locations. Will gladly stay here again.

Karriann is AMAZING!!! Karriann greeted me at the front desk upon arrival. When I told her that it was my family's first time in Florida, instead of giving the standard answer like "elevators to the left, check out is 11 a.m.", she took the time to explain the property amenities in great detail and was so professional, pleasant and detailed. When my wife asked for dining options nearby as we checked in at 9:30 p.m., she provided several options in the area and then printed off a detailed list of all options in the area. She was generous with her time and set the tone for the trip. We had a wonderful time on our trip, the hotel was sparkling clean, housekeeping does a great job, a very good breakfast each morning and great pool. As luck would have it the trip ended with a seamless and quick check out with...Karriann! She is truly an asset to this hotel and how her genuine kindness and willingness to make sure my family had a good time will be the reason we return to this hotel.

Checking in was so easy. The rooms were super clean, very comfortable. Lots of space. Bathroom was impeccable. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was cold. Our room had a kitchen and small living room which was super convenient. I will definitely stay here again and recommend.

This hotel was definitely very clean, staff was great, and conveniently located close to restaurants and Target. The only downfall is the shuttle buses wee always booked even if you try to book days in advance. Other than that great hotel to stay while visiting Orlando.
