Rude Customer Service
The townhouse was nice, parking was great and there was a ring camera outside the door I guess to see the coming and going of traffic. The townhouse was like two miles back in the back of some homes in a subdivision. They gave a phone number and email in case you needed to contact them. Well the first night I was awaken in my sleep multiple times through out the night. The sound came from the bathroom it sounded like a scream I jumped up thinking it was one of my kids because there is a bedroom downstairs. I emailed they emailed back one in the morning and the emailing started getting worse so I contacted next morning the guy Pedro was so rude customer service suck. I asked to speak to a manager Pedro told me No, all issues go thru him. They sent an email when I constantly kept emailing that someone will come by. Maintenance never came I left a day earlier than what I was supposed too. This is a bad management I seen license that was placed behind the door that was expired. Communication is everything when you are paying and on vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Yes it was nice but if something is wrong it will not get fixed. It was a lot of things that should have been listed and wasn’t. I took pics and email of everything that I seen so I wouldn’t get charged for it. You have 24 hrs to report anything wrong or you will be charged for it.
