Sheraton was great. A lot of dining options with one street which was great if you wanted something other than room service. Two nicely sized pools that were great for kids and adults. Bar near the pool is a nice touch along with the live music during the weekend. Only “negative” feedback is that the the tvs in the rooms can definitely be upgraded.

Overall decent place to stay. Seems like it used to be a great place, but they didn't mantain the property as they should. The rooms do (as other reviews state) need updating in many ways. The shower and AC unit hardly worked. The AC in the fitness room can't get the temperature below 77. Lots of things are falling apart. Especially the elevators which at times take several minutes to move. We had a pleasant stay, the room was pretty coean, and the staff were nice. However, the property is definitely in need of some updates.

This is okay for a one night stay, but its very dated, the room we stood in has a mildewy smell and the side door broke so staff just left it open, in my opinion that is a security issue any wacko can walk in off the street into the hotel, im aure it was a one of thing but still had that worry in the back of my mind, also the pool was a little cloudy and needs resurfacing, the hot tub wasnt hot enough, and the facility itself was simply dated, i would not recommend this place.

PROS: 1. Súper bien ubicado, opciones para comer cercanas, todo cerca, colinda con un starbucks de hecho lo venden ahí mismo. 2. La piscina está muy bien, es diferente, es grande, tiene tobogán, piscina para grandes y chicos, nos encantó. 3. Nosotros optamos x el desayuno buffet, es bueno tienen opciones variadas pero todos los días es lo mismo, sin embargo al ser buffet uno elige qué comer. 4. El personal es amable, en el desayuno todos están atentos. 5. Envié mis compras online al hotel y lo recibieron sin costo (esto es un súper punto) pq muchos cobran 6. Se portaron generosos con nuestros hijos les regalaron chocolates y un peluche de minnie y mickey a cada uno. CONTRAS: 1. Se nota que es un hotel bueno y bien pensado pero ya tiene sus años y se ve en algunas cosas 2. Hay un resort credit creo que de 26 usd diario que se debe cancelar en el hotel, de los cuales 10 usd diarios son consumibles en el hotel, pero no son acumulables. (Si no consumen ese día lo pierden) 3. Pagamos el buffet por adelantado pero en el check out nos cobraron además el fee de servicio diario del desayuno.

Paying for parking to “self-park” is crazy ($25+ a day) and on check out day I didn’t even park the whole day and still got charged, checked out by 10:52AM, also checked in around 7pm and still got charged the fee. There is a lot of fees at this hotel and it’s not even worth it, a lot of things need updating and it’s not worth the price for ripped chairs on the balcony and not even a microwave in the room…I paid extra for breakfast when I booked the room so breakfast was NOT included. Then when you’re at breakfast you have waiters who are very nice but they expect a tip? No thank you. I will not be staying here ever again all they do is continue to charge your card for NOTHING.
