The public areas inside by the lobby and the pool were very nice and well kept, the breakfast staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and fast with your requests and there are few offsite restaurants that were open late which was a plus. What we did not like about this hotel was the poor condition of our suite, it felt old and dated with rust all the way down from a handle bar to the tub and the ceiling paint bubbling ready to pop. The thing that made us not want to come back to this hotel was the marijuana smell, we were assigned to building 4 and from the moment we parked near the building’s elevator we could smell it. We had a late check in so didn’t think much of it since we were tired and ready to rest but the next morning when we opened the balcony door the room got filled with that smell so we new the person smoking it was near our room. We let the front desk know and left for the day, when were turned late Saturday night there was that smell again so we told the front desk once again. No effort was made to relocate us, the response from the front staff was “I can’t stand it, I’m allergic to it”, luckily we were there only for two nights and will not be returning to this specific Sheraton property.

Great Customer Service from the Front Desk
Overall happy with the stay, was there for a 3-day business conference (Thurs - Fri). Restaurant and bar staff were great. Front desk help was great. One exception was that the first night Dec 4, 2024 (wed night), I realized around midnight that it was getting really cold and turns out heating was not working (photo attached below). I didn’t feel like calling right way as I was in no mood to move to a different room with all my stuff out already in the room. I should have. Anyway, I talked to a nice lady at the front desk on Thursday and she sent out a technician within like 5 mins, he was great and fixed it right away - very happy with that.
Heating did not work on my first night Dec 4, 2024 (Wed). Fixed right away as soon as I notified to the front desk on Thursday.

Honestly what the advertise in the pictures is nothing to what the hotel actually is. Horrible conditions. I don’t recommend it, only reason why I would even suggest it is how close it is to the parks and Disney springs. But besides that, the amount that we had to pay for it, does not equal what we got. The lobby looks super nice but the moment you walk to the rooms, they are horrible, they need a total update, you can hear everything, not water pressure in the shower. The A/C unit is super loud. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. A lot of hidden fees

The staff was excellent and the property well maintained. The in-room coffee maker was broken. If we’d had more time to spare we’d have brought it to their attention onsite. Otherwise, our stay was good.
