Interesting and convenient layout. Quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t hear anything from what was going on outside even though we literally across the street from entertainment on International Drive.

Few issues after check in but staff made it right. Elevator is dirty so that’s the first impression- I was worried, however was pleasantly surprised to see the room. Well appointed, spacious and relatively clean. The cleanliness of the room was average but again, the room overall met our needs and was good value for the money. Kitchen was great added feature.

I called the front desk repeatedly for towels and got no answer. Walked down to front desk to find employee on the phone, seemingly on a personal call. He never acknowledged me or looked in my direction, even though I was standing right in front of him. I waited for what felt like 5 minutes or so, and a couple walked in, grabbed something from the self-serve snack area and approached the desk. The employee put down the phone, took their payment, and resumed speaking on the phone - STILL NEVER ACKNOWLEDGING ME! This upset me GREATLY, so I interrupted his call and asked if there was anyone else available to provide me with clean towels, and also expressed how I didn't appreciate being ignored. He immediately slammed the phone down and YELLED at me, "HOW MANY TOWELS DO YOU WANT?!!!" Another employee heard the commotion and came out to RESTRAIN THE OTHER EMPLOYEE FROM JUMPING OVER THE COUNTER TO ATTACK ME!!! I asked him for his name so I could file a complaint (which I later did), and he RIPPED HIS NAME TAG OFF AND THREW IT AT ME, HITTING ME IN THE FACE, LEAVING A CUT JUST BENEATH MY LEFT EYE!!! I will NEVER stay at ANY Sonesta hotel EVER AGAIN!!

Our stay here was AH-mazing. We were there for 6 nights 7 days for a Scentsy convention. The staff at the Sonest En Suites on international drive were absolutely lovely. They went ABOVE and BEYOND what they are paid to do. Jessica was the absolute sweetest person you’d ever meet! And let me tell you, she has surprises ♥️ the desk staff were all amazing! We were so blessed to stay here. Made being away from home so much easier. Definitely recommend this hotel! It’s right across the street from ICON park.

Stayed for 9 nights as part of a longer trip to Florida. Location is fantastic and walking distance to a range of restaurants and bars. The hotel no longer provides complimentary breakfast which was a previous favourite but the rooms are a good size and clean and the pool is adequate.
