I am not picky about stays, but this was beyond what I could tolerate. We arrived near midnight, took multiple tries to get our door open because the keys weren’t working, found roaches in our room, the bathroom was so filthy I walked in and out, the couch was missing from the room, the walls were peeling, the room smelled horrible, and the fridge was so loud. Due to the time of day I debated staying, but simply couldn’t do it. I had to leave with my kids to find somewhere else to stay. We were not the only ones leaving. Front desk staff was kind, but very aware of the significant problems in the rooms.

They need to update their site because they do not provide airport transportation and haven't for six months! When we checked in the gentleman at the desk didn't know what he was doing and couldn't find our reservation for over a half hour and then tried to overcharge us. When we got to our room there was a roach in the bathroom.

This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. Only good thing is it’s proximity to the airport. The pictures used in the advertising do not match what the hotel actually looks like. They say the hotel is under renovation but no workers in sight. There is no actual shuttle to the airport but they do offer free breakfast similar to gas station breakfast selections. The rooms smell musty and unclean and the shower has a bad drainage system. Unless you wanna bathe in your own dirty water, you’ll thank yourself if you just pay a little extra for a better hotel. I promise it will be worth it.

Go somewhere else unless you have no choice
The hotel is in dyer need of facelift. The removed shuttle service to and from airport and failed to advise prior to booking. The room was not thoroughly clean. The front desk was not pleasant by no means. Will not be staying at this place for future cruise or no cruise.

I tried calling from the airport to see if they had a shuttle but kept getting put on hold and forgotten about. There was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning! The wifi was very weak in the room they put me in! But I will say the whole place and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, no complaints there.

Where do I begin! If I could give a zero review I would. When I first arrived to the hotel the phone was on DND I called multiple times to see if the hotel had a shuttle and no one answered the phone when I came to the counter I had to ring the bell just to get assistance. The lobby area was very low budget. The place looked nothing like the photos online if I had know the place was dirty I would have NEVER stayed there. The room was filthy! Marks all down the wall with gods knows what ! They had roaches. They bathroom was even more disgusting the tub was soooo dirty I didn’t even want to take a shower or use the restroom. We slept on top of the sheets the mattress had blood stains and piss stains all over them. The room stank ! I would not recommend to anyone ever! -10 !
