Our stay was amazing. We stayed in the Business Room. It had a little fridge, so it was perfect for us. The room didn’t have a microwave but there were two provided in the lobby which was a huge plus. The pool was amazing too, great temperature and depth. The breakfast was great, they had eggs, sausage, different types of bread or biscuits, yogurt, muffins, cereal, orange juice, apple juice and water. We stayed for five days so the breakfast got a little boring for us but overall, amazing stay. (I’m giving huge details on the breakfast because I’m a breakfast person and it’s very important for me to stay in a hotel with good breakfast options and when I was looking at this hotel I didn’t see much breakfast reviews, lol). I forgot to add, the lobby attendants were amazing!! 🙌🙏

When we arrived at the hotel, we had a small dispute because our flight was delayed, and instead of arriving at 11 PM, we got there at 3 AM. Upon arrival, the staff member charged us again for the stay because we arrived after the check-in time and they had 'canceled the reservation' (even though I had already prepaid for all three nights through Expedia, including the night we arrived early in the morning). The breakfast could be improved a bit.

My room was 2 queen beds on the first floor. The floor near the window and mini fridge felt like there might have been water damage (from flood?) but not horrible. Shower door seal strip at the bottom had parts that came off. Liked the games at lobby and walking distance to the outlet mall. Free breakfast nice. Would have rated higher if I got a more updated room.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff and breakfast were great. We loved the shower! We were in an “elite” room, don’t know why it was elite except for it having a Very high ceiling and being on the first floor and a small bag of goodies containing 2 bottles of water, a handful of mini chocolates and a very small bag of chips that we were given when we checked in. The only problem was, we were 3 adults in the room. Although the ceiling was extremely high, we could still hear banging from the room above us. They don’t provide tissues in the rooms, we asked for some at the front desk but they didn’t have any. The floor in our room was separating which caused us to trip every time we walked in that area. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were square, 18”x18”. There was trash on the lawn out front when we first got there and 4 days later it was still there. It’s a shame because it was in a great area and close to Disney and not too far from Universal.

Not a bad stay but not a great stay.
The stay was just ok. The hotel itself looked nice enough. Rooms were smaller than I would have liked. There was no dresser. Bathroom was nice and roomie but a waste of space that could have been better used for the main room itself. Housekeeping did not come by the first morning to change sheets and towels. Had to complain to front desk and make sure they came by the next day. Pool table was useless as cue sticks had broken tips and other game table was not properly maimtained. Breakfast options were not bad. Downside is that there isn't enough space and tables to sit if you're with family. Shuttles available to certain acrivities but schedule is extremely limited to almost one run per day.
