This has always been our go to hotel when staying in Orlando. Probably every other month or so. This time around we received a room on the first floor and it was extremely noisy. Everything else with our stay was great.

I love that there were other hotels nearby and restaurants. Easy access to going to attractions the scenery outside of the hotel was nice. Just make sure the hotel ensures all doors are locked that require a hotel key to get in. I will definitely choose this location again.

Great stay

Very spacious and comfortable room, pool area was great with some comfortable seating and even a giant jenga game. I’d asked beforehand for a room close to an elevator if possible, and that is what we had. All the staff we spoke to were very polite and helpful. You do have to pay for parking but we knew this when we booked, and the breakfast was limited but we didn’t have time most days anyway. All in all, we’d definitely stay again, and recommend it to others.

I reserved a king bed room 30 days before my visit and when I showed up, they said they did not have a room available and that they wanted to give me a room with two queens. I asked if there was a discount and they said no. Also, they had water bottle in the room and they wanted to charge six dollars a piece which I thought was a little crazy. Also, upon checking out, I was charged $20 for parking and I told them I was not parking on site and that I Uber to the hotel and they still charge me $20. When I asked them about this, they said there’s nothing they can do and that it was an automatic service which I’ve never heard of. Other than that, the AC was cold. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also quite large and free.

Great location for Sea World trips, easily walkable or able to use the free shuttle. Staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. The included breakfast was much better than most hotels in this price range, with hot options that varied everyday.
