The room was really nice. The location is great right near everything Disneyworld, sea world, outlets, everything you would want to do is right down the road. They also have buses to take you to some of the parks. They have shops and a restaurant on the property in case you don’t want to leave the parking lot. The pool is also nice with a hot tub. You also get access to a couple more pools within the property.

Extremely disappointed. Not Marriott quality.
We were charged for parking even though when I booked through hotels.com I chose the option which included parking. The guy at the front desk said “yeah sometimes third parties just say that but you still have to pay”. The shower was disgusting. We went down for breakfast at 8:20 and apparently so did everyone else in a twenty mile radius. The line for breakfast was halfway through the lobby, when we finally got to the counter they were out of most everything. Very disappointed

Well my family was stuck in the elevator for awhile before being rescued. The manager was suppose to contact me but I never heard from them. I had to ask about a parking pass and was not told about the parking fees. My room had a terrible Oder ( like a dead person) and staff was okay. The variety of food was great but tasted terrible. Definitely has went down hill from when my family and I stayed a few years ago!

The property was well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good. However, it was practically the same selections daily, it could benefit from a little diversity. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
