Very amiable staff and hotel cleanliness

This place was nice and very clean to stay at. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was on point. Pricing was just right for being close to Seaworld and Aquatica.

I like the location it was easy to get around to themes parks, grocery stores. Breakfast everyday. Clean and had an area where we could hang outside and grill if wanted. The Pool didn’t have any towels available on the five days we stayed. Laundry was 24/7 and easy to use. Dishwasher avail it was helpful!

I've made a reservation for room with two beds and received room with one bed and one sofa bed. Spare bedding sheets for sofa bed were used and dirty. Front desk personnel explained that they are fully booked and they do not have any other room. Also they blamed expedia.com for mismatch between their reservation systems. I had to share a bed with my brother for the entire stay and did not receive what was paid for. Customer service is poor at this hotel.
