I loved it it had the convenience of a hotel with the feel of an apartment would stay again. It is a little outdated but for the time we were actually in the room it worked for us.

Visited property Labor Day weekend 2024. Booked a two bedroom suite at this property for a party of 5 in order to visit Disney. The price was fair at $560 for 3 nights. We checked in about 15 minutes before the 4pm check in time. The suite was on the 3rd floor and was a bit dated but ample. One of the tv remotes needed batteries but other than that the a/c worked and the doors locked. The hotel sits off the road and near to Old Town (another story) and near what appeared to be an open lot that was being prepped for construction. It was about 15 to 18 minutes to the parks we wanted to go to. The late evening were a bit noisy with car engines whining outside from a nearby property. It eventually calmed down. There is a decent pool in the inside center of the property with landscaping, a pool bar and one could order food. There are also pool restrooms and a bin with clean towels. We also saw an arcade room attached to the restroom building. The included breakfast was where this property really needs to step up their game. It was horrible the three mornings we ate it. The posted menu reminded me of a boot camp chow line and looked very much the same. The menu changed but was similar if that makes any sense. The food was never hot and it was either cold sausage links one day or cold sausage patties the next. Never saw bacon or ham. The omelets were what looked like pre-frozen disks. Attention manager!

Hotel is due for major renovations both inside and outside, very run down. Breakfast area requires new design and/or expansion to accommodate more guests. No towel hangers in suite bathrooms?

Stayed for a week for AAU Nationals in July with my family. PROS: Front desk staff was pleasant. The location is perfect, close to the highway and plenty of entertainment. We loved how spacious and clean the suite was and the distance between the rooms. The kitchen had basic cookware and utensils as well as glass plates and cups. The full fridge and dishwasher were nice as well! Housekeeping refreshed our towels and made our beds daily. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet every day. CONS: The A/C in one of the bedrooms never went above 71 degrees Fahrenheit our entire stay. There was a noticeable difference walking from the living room into the bedroom. Maintenance came to "fix" it, but he only reset the thermostat. The hallways and elevators were constantly cluttered with trash and debris. It stormed and they did not clean the pool or the seating area. There were leaves and sticks floating in the pool for 2 days. There are two laundry facilities with free washing and drying, however only 3 washers and 4 dryers worked between the 2 facilities. Most of the staff didn't speak good English so communication with them was not easy. My stay was not terrible or even bad, but it could've been better with simple fixes such as cleaning up trash and clear communication.

This place was great for my family!!!!!we was able to relax and let our kids Rome around while we enjoy our vacation I would definitely recommend this hotel for friendly families fun it’s never a dull moment and great location and all types of food around the property
