Everything was wonderful except for one group of people staying/living there. They would not watch their children in the pool area and we were unable yo enjoy the pool and hot tub due to it.

I decided to rent a room here. When i arrived the first clerk seemed nice but he was on the fence. I was charged a resort fee of 20.43 like the app said, but was charged an additional $10 which wasnt explained it only happened once I made it out the lobby. No big deal but surprise charges should be explained. Once in the room everything was nice it was just a small area. The bathroom is not for someone with claustrophobia cause they will have a meltdown. The night went well. However the next day was unexpected. While at breakfast i observed people grabbing and going outside because the breakfast area was packed. So I told my two boys to come with me and we will grab their sides and find a table outside. When i went to get the sides the lady serving us seemed apprehensive to give us food. I ignored it. It wasnt until she screamed to my husband "you can't take food out of here!" is when things turned crazy. The staff and manager hurried to try to say it wasnt a race thing but the lady laughed with another patron saying people come off the streets all the time to take breakfast. Excuse me??? I clearly checked her and her cackling friends. They tried to apologize and bandaid it but it didnt help with the humiliation of her trying to embarrass us as if we couldnt afford to be there.

Great and convenient location. Close to Old Town park, Walgreens and plenty souvenir shops. Shuttle service (charter bus) was convenient for park opening hours. Plus, they offered complimentary laundry facilities and daily breakfast. Excellent customer service by Odette at the front desk. Will definitely return when in the area again.

We are a couple and stayed four nights in late October. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. The shower curtain needed replacement. Please change the location of the bedroom smoke detector as the flashing light is bothersome when the lights are turned off. The breakfast offerings were good (although the egg omelettes were a bit bland). The bedroom a/c unit was a bit noisy but we remedied this by using the living room a/c and leaving the bedroom door open. Plenty of parking available, although our rental car was covered in dust from the next door construction. Our prime interest was room comfort, the breakfast offerings and parking. The hotel met this expectation, however, the pool area landscaping and the hallways urgently need a refresh to match the room experience.

The staff do their best, but this hotel is in need of a refresh. Also, people should not be smoking, but the air is thick with the smell of weed. If you’re allergic to dogs, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place is good for the price. It was nice to have 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. Carpets are definitley due a wash and the rooms have strange smell. But it has all amenities as stated including free washer and dryer to use. Pool was great. It even had a game room. Crew were nice. Would have given 5 star if not for the carpet and the smell.
