Stylish Apartment close to Disney, Universal and Championsgate.

Stylishly decorated apartment complete with free WIFi located in the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscana Resort Championsgate. From the minute you arrive at the resort you will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

The Tuscana resort has a bar & restaurant, swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are a variety of restaurants close by ranging from fast food outlets to family favourite dining, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s Drug Store are also Close by.

The world famous Walt Disney World with its four parks, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios Epcot and Animal Kingdom along with Universal Studios are just a short ride away. There are also various outlet shopping areas close by if you fancy some retail therapy.

The apartment is our home from home and as such is consistently being upgraded to ensure the highest standards are met. After feedback for our valued guests all three mattresses were upgraded early 2025. The following have all been replaced with brand new products - Washer Dryer, Fridge freezer, Range cooker, over range built in microwave, master bedroom bed, dining room chairs, vanity unit to main bathroom & patio chairs.

The apartment is on the ground floor and comfortably sleeps up to four people, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge that easily sleeps two extra adults if required.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an Electric Stove and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Dryer, Iron and Iron Board, Coffee Maker, Plates, Cups, Bowls, Saucepans, Serving Dishes, Toaster & Kettle.

The apartment is on the doorstep of Champions Gate which boasts numerous golfs courses including a Greg Norman designed Course.

Very nice apartment, this is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Tuscana, 3 different apartments, this one was the best. Well equipped, clean & comfortable. The area is ideal, very close to Disney, easy to find your way around. Millers Ale House, Chilli’s & Red Robin are within walking distance. Nice Publix 5 minutes away by car, would highly recommended

We had a great week here, using the condo as a home-base while our daughter competed at a dance competition at Championsgate. It was a quick 30-min drive to Universal and a central location to drive to the Gulf and Atlantic beaches. The condo was very clean. The owner and the house manager were incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. We asked to stay an extra day on the front end and the owner made that happen very quickly. At one point a dog was barking at 6 AM and the house manager was incredibly helpful, doing everything she could to make sure it didn’t happen again the following morning. Thankfully it didn’t happen again at all!The owner did mention the beds had new mattresses before our stay, and they were very comfortable. The condo/twin bathroom had an upgraded fresh look, but the primary bathroom shower wasn’t great. The community pool was nice but the orange cabanas looked tired in person and needed a power wash. Overall it was a great condo to rent while we were in Orlando. It fit our needs exactly.

 location is perfect, lots of entertainment/ restaurants in the surrounding area, facilities great. A few notes of feedback
 one of the beds in the double bedded room was not cleaned (popcorn found all under the sheets), in the welcome manual the details on where to place the garbage was not clear, the front door locking mechanism is very lose and at times hard to unlock door. Just a few other cleanly areas with crumbs, carpet stains near couch (upon arrival). The start up supplies were extremely helpful and appreciated. Thank you for a great weekend.Fawn

Great location if you want to be close to all the Disney parks... also, lots of places to eat within 5 minutes... pool was great to relax in and the staff of the bar and restaurant were very helpful... inly downside was the traffic on I-4 but, overall, a great stay

Cute and convenient

This place was exceptionally clean. Very spacious. Master bedroom has a blow up bed even though it was comfortable- people prob should know this. Make sure you bring toilet paper etc they have starter set but just good to know. Grocery store is right around the corner so you can get what you need.

Great short getaway haven

This property was ideal for our stay while our daughter participated in volleyball Nationals Tournament in Orlando. While it was about 30-40 minutes from the venue, we wanted to be able to feel like we were "getting away" from all of the chaos and be able to relax and enjoy the pool, gym, home and other amenities of the property. There were no surprises. Publix was 3-5 minutes away. Lynn was very attentive and advised us of an upcoming internet outage due to maintenance. Would stay here again and we highly recommend!

Great hosts and stay

This little place was so cozy and convenient for me, my husband, our two year old, my eight year old, and grandma. Loved the hospitality! One thing I may add is upgrading tvs to smart tvs so kiddos can enjoy some YouTube or Netflix during our down time. Our stay was amazing! Loved the area and the property manager was quick to come over when arriving. 30 minutes from universal and 15 minutes to Disney. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Would recommend.
