Great stay to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary. ONE disappointing moment...asked for a special service on their anniversary (flowers, chocolates, etc)...the Rec team was not very helpful. Here is what we do, AND you need to give us 48hrs notice. I was willing to pay a little more, but they held a hard line on the 48hrs. I took the $140 myself and went to Publix...which didn't cost $140 btw...and put something together myself.

My stay was amazing, we enjoyed the activities they had. Staff were very helpful. The resort is clean, the food could be better. They need to give more amenities when more than one person is staying especially when the resort charges per person. We definitely will be returning. Staff and guests were all very kind.

We loved the activities at the pool. There was an issue with the water and we couldnt drink it or brush our teeth with it. They forgot to tell us there was a water boil notice and we only found out because we saw a paper posted near the elevators. Apart from that the resort itself is very nice, lots to do.

This is second time we have stayed at Summer Bay Resorts and we absolutely love it!! The property is beautiful and clean. There is PLENTY to do with the family and for all ages. The pools and facilities are very well kept, the staff is very friendly and the food/ drinks are tasty. We rented a 2bd room villa, it was well stocked. We can’t wait to come again.

Nice property with cool pockets of activities on site. We came not knowing a tropical storm was coming. But not bad only daily rain in spurts. I would had liked to have all activities open daily; kayak, zip line, etc as that’s why I booked. More frequent housekeeping also. With our Thursday to Tuesday stay we did not receive service. Maintenance was quick and nice. We had a sofa bed malfunction. Overall, I’d stay there again with my family.

The transportation is a service and is terrible. We Got left at the park when the man left 15 min before the time we were supposed to meet and we had to get a cab costing us $45. Then the staff would not answer the phone when I called over and over. When I got there there was 4 staff members just sitting around. I explained what happened and it seemed like it was no big deal to them. They not only left us but several Family’s there at the park. Some from other countries who did t understand how it worked. Our room had roaches crawling up the wall and it grossed me out.

One of the best Orlando has to offer! Staff extremely nice property clean. The service in the area is horrible but the property has WiFi and we didn't have enough wash rags but other than that everything was perfect!!

Our condo size was good for the five of us, but it could use some new living room furniture. It was definitely used and a bit outdated. Also, the resort is located at the far end of Irlo Bronson Hwy which is very congested. Just going a few miles takes on average, 20 minutes. Lastly, upon arrival, we noticed a water boil recommendation note posted on the elevator door. No one ever informed us during check in or throughout our stay. Information like that should have immediately been shared on day one.

Had a boil order for the water taped on the elevator, we didn’t need the elevator, our unit was on the first floor. Didn’t even provide us with bottled water. That went on the majority of our stay. They shut the water off for a few hours and said nothing. The sofa was broke , sliding door was broke. I could go on and on. Wouldn’t recommend!

This was quite a lovely space for a vacation. In fact, I say it was the best place. Affordable for a three night, four day stay with a Publix and a few fast food restaurants nearby. I dont even have one bad thing to say. Definitely a wonderful resort and I hope to visit again.
