Fully furnished, charming and comfortable, 4 bedroom - 2 bath, short-term home has new linens, new beds (1 King, 2 queen, 1 single, trundle bed, 1 youth, 1 portable playpen/crib), laundry room, brand new 4K Samsung TV’s and a fully-equipped kitchen. High-speed Internet, over-air cable and utilities included. We’ve gone solar! (Please turn the thermostat to 79 when leaving). Maitland is a beautiful, upscale community nestled between numerous lakes and parks, located just north of Orlando. It’s a perfect location because you feel like you’re in a small town, yet you’re close to everything. Out of respect for my neighbors and because this is a quiet neighborhood, no motorcycles are allowed... Just a few blocks from the Maitland Art Center & Museum and the historic Lake Lily Cultural Corridor. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market, stroll around the many lakes or dine at numerous places including Teak’s Neighborhood Grill. Randa, who lives in the guesthouse on the property, is available to assist you with any questions and advice about the area. The home is located one mile from the famous Enzian Theater and Eden outdoor bar. Dine on great food while you watch a movie! A short 8 minute walk to SunRail Train Station, great when events are downtown! Only a few miles to Winter Park for world class shopping, dining with 140 boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and museums.

If you’re here for a medical-related stay, SunRail drops you off right in front of Florida Hospital Orlando (Advent Health). Very close to Rollins College and UCF. Walt Disney World and Universal are close and yet far enough away to avoid all the tourist traps and traffic. Distance in miles…

Before booking, some have inquired as to why we charge a per person fee of $20 per night for any guests over two people. This is because it's a lot more wear and tear on the property with 6 verses 2 (more towels, laundry, water, air-conditioning, etc.). By the time we pay the VRBO fee, taxes, income tax, etc., my profits are slim. The cost of staying here is so much less than any hotels in the area, AND you receive a full kitchen, family room, dining, etc. Most guests, after they stay here, tell me that I'm not charging enough. I want it to be a win-win for everyone. :)

Clean, well appointed with working appliances and very well supplied with towels, paper products, etc. Very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, great for walking and close to restaurants and Publix. A sweet little oasis

Perfect location for Maitland wedding

This property is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor spaces. Randa was so kind to our group and we enjoyed the stay. If you are using the Maitland Art and History Museum for a wedding, this property is ideal!

We loved it. Every amenity (including a coffee grinder and maker for my wife and I who are coffee addicts (how did our host know this??) provided for us including use of a bicycle which I really appreciated. The area was ideal as well - safe, quiet, within walking distances of lakes and restaurants. This place was very clean and comfortable. My wife got lots of much needed rest as it was nice and quiet here, a perfect place to grab a book and a blanket and relax. Right at home
The photos don’t do justice to the comforts and space of Randa’s home. We had everything we needed, from tons of towels to lots of kitchen equipment to fast Wi-Fi, and even some toys for the kids. Beds are comfortable, street is quiet, with a small playground across the road. Great brewery and other restaurants a short walk away. The house feels like a home with decor and books, but isn’t cluttered and Randa has left plenty of space for guests to settle in. Huge new washer and dryer helped us keep up with a family-worth of laundry. Easy keypad entry. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Beautiful home, comfortable area
House was roomy and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. Property has private outside space (covered and uncovered) and is in a walkable neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants with easy lake access. About 1 mile from the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey (outstanding) and 50 miles to the national seashore and Kennedy Space Center. House has 4 private bedrooms (two adjoining) and a sleeping area off the kitchen. Photos in listing are accurate. The host was pleasant and very welcoming. It was as if we were staying on the property of close friends. Highly recommend.

We could not have been happier with this property. It was conveniently located (we had events in Winter Park) and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads. After a very bad experience with another listing last year, we decided to give Vrbo another chance. We were so happy we did! Very cozy
The house was great and comfortable. We visited our son in College there and celebrated an early Easter. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some.
