Overall, a wonderful stay. We chose this as an alternative to staying at a Disney Resort. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit which we were able to share with others in our group! Two complaints: While they do offer suttle service, this is VERY limited and not made clear prior to your stay. Shuttle times to Disney parks (Epcot & Hollywood offered only) depart E 10:15, H 11:30, return shuttle E 10:50, H 6 p m. Universal visitors seem to get fuller park days. Not a huge deal, (except the unexpected paeking bill) but the shuttle offerings were a big selling point for this hotel at booking. Second complaint is that one of the bedrooms had no door to the bathroom. Designed this way. You're bare to the world when it's shower time. Privacy is important even when rooming with a significant other.

No idea how this is considered anything other than a 1 star resort. Rooms are filthy, I had to clean the tubs myself just to give my child a bath and im pretty sure she still got a UTI. The rugs make your socks legit black. They dont give you new towels? Thats probably the most bizarre, stayed a whole wee and had to wash my own towels and washcloths. Who the heck wants to do that on vacation??? No breakfast or even a dang snack bar? 4 star hotel? I got a random “accidental” call from the front desk at 11pm that woke up my kids. All kinds of banging and noise, definitely no enforcement on quiet hours. The living room TV wouldnt work and front desk said sorry it just doesnt. The toilet clogged and was told we had to fix it but we had zero time to go buy a plunger. The arcade games just take the credits but dont work and I was told oh youll get the credits back but the guy who fixes it isnt here today, that never happened. Oh and the “free shuttle” to disney only comes at the most bizarre hours and you actually have to pay them its not free they harass for tips. Completely ghetto falling apart and actually a 1 star hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Check in was great, the room was clean, I didn’t like the fact I was booked into a room that had a side view of the lake. We could only see the people across from us. Also, we stayed for Thanksgiving break and the people upstairs had a party for 2 days we didn’t get any sleep. We called and complained front desk said they would send security it got worser. No one offered any compensation. We didn’t use any of there so called resort activities. It was ok, I have seen better in Florida. Will I book again NO.. Overly priced.. And a resort fee for what.. To swim, and use the excercise room.. Most definitely NO

Property does not offer transportation to parks. It is limited to 1-2 parks and times are limited. We spent $100 a day on Ubers. When I asked for manager to follow up he never did and was too busy. Poor customer service. Rooms were spacious but limited towels body wash and no blow dryers.

This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel was SPOTLESS, the beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were luxery and the staff up front was PHENOMENAL!!! We will absolutely come back and stay here. Everything was in close proximity and super easy to get to.

The hotel is very spacious, lots of room for many people to spread around and roam freely. The rooms weren't 100% spotless, there were some stains on the baseboards and the carpet has clearly been stepped on. There are towels provided in the beginning of your stay but not nearly enough, we had to call room service 3 times for extra towels, laundry detergent, paper towel and tissue. Even on cleaning day, the staff didn't provide enough towels to last us for the remainder of the stay. Overall a nice stay if you want lots of space and individual bathrooms.
