Despite the property going through renovation to become Holiday Inn, the property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Comfy bed, but flat pillows and only two available. We got a King Suite and it was enormous! The walking closet was the size of a small bedroom! Made to order breakfast was included and good. No restaurant on property so no dinner, and nearby was a Wendy’s and BK, but questionable as to the safety of the area for walking. Traffic noise was loud on our side of the building. But overall, pleased with our overnight stay. 15 minutes from the airport by Uber.

Check in was very easy. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby area is just beautiful and spacious. Looking forward to our complimentary breakfast tomorrow. Our room was very clean and spacious. The price was great too! I highly recommend!

Had a pleasant stay. Customer service was top notch and the breakfast was table service and included with your stay. Very nice surprise. Spacious rooms and large bed. Very nice decor inside. Quiet and neat. Would recommend staying here and is on our list of visit again. Thank you.

Hotel does not math Hotels.com standard!
The hotel was in very poor condition with two very loud parties going on in the event rooms of the hotel. We were assigned to a 7th floor room and could hear the music in our rooms. We left the hotel immediately. The hotel was also very dirty. The hotel has refused to give us a refund. Can Hotels.com help us with a refund? Thank you!

the room was ok with no nasty smells, I did notice some insects on the bathroom floor which did put me off a bit , but sprayed with repellent to deal with them.other than that was an ok stay.

This was a last minute booking and I wasn't sure what to expect. This hotel could not have been more lovely - clean, welcoming, comfortable and with a great breakfast! Thank you to the staff for their service during our stay - you were all very welcoming :)

For some reason this review keeps getting rejected. I'm just telling it like it is if you don't want to hear the truth Expedia then stop asking. I won't revise this.Reviews of this hotel seem to be generally good. I'm not sure what values those people hold but in my opinion they are incorrect. Maybe the other floors are fine, but the 4th floor was unacceptable. The carpets in the hall were filthy with the same trash for 4 days. The entire floor smelled like pot several times during our stay. The room itself was dirty and poorly renovated. It felt like a low rent apartment. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.
