The staff was great. The rooms had an odd smell. Some of the furniture was not clean. We got a great rate, but just wasn’t the cleanest hotel.

Nice hotel. No amenities within walking distance but on site amenities were good. Bar for drinks and some food, arcade, nice pool. Good location for parks. Would stay here again.

Absolutely love this place and the staff! upon check-in, I was greeted with a smile and courteous gentleman. He checked me in promptly and we went to our room, which was clean and immaculate. The next day we headed off to Disney, which there were shuttles available, but we drove our car which was more convenient for us before we had breakfast from their breakfast buffet, which was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and there was enough for everyone staff again was super polite and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 10 out of 10 as everything was clean and there was not a speck of dirt in sight in the lobby as well as our hotel room. I am saving this location for our trips to Disney as we are now and Will passholders and I am super excited that we now have a place to stay every time we go that we both love.

Refrigerator was being fixed at 9;40pm! Also the pool was not in service. Room was subpar as far as cleanliness. First floor near elevator smelled pungent. We have stayed a couple of times before but we probably not return. Doors were also not locked to get onto property. Staff at front desk and food/bar were great.
