We stayed 6 nights, our room was cleaned twice, and the days the room was not cleaned they just drop a bag of clean towels on the bed, At the front desk they said it was hotel policy and standard, Poor service and cleanliness in general, Would not consider the hotel again, Thanks

This is our 2nd time staying here. Rooms are very spacious, hotel is quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast options are wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast; I believe the eggs could be improved. Everything else was 10/10, and we will definitely return.

Had a great time staying in this hotel. We love everything. The breakfast was good, the only thing I would suggest if the everyday menu is different. Its always egg and sausage. But overall will recommend this play to stay

First, the positive. The staff at the front desk and restarauntwere incredibly friendly and helpful. However, our major issue was with the furniture. The couch was was completely worn down, the center seat had completely sunk in. The bed had seen better days.we left with all sorts of aches and pains.

Too busy, the line for breakfast was too long and I wish they could do something to speed up the process. Outside of that, the pool was great, the staff was good, and it’s close to everything we needed.

We had an amazing experience as always at this property! This is our 2nd time staying here and we can’t say enough good things! Michaela checked us in and ensured our room was up to perfection. Breakfast was delicious and the staff, whomever we encountered, were so pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We love this location. It’s become our second home when we visit the Disney parks

Cons: Pet fee is $150 per pet, non-refundable. Parking is $26 per day, ridiculous as they don’t have security driving around, so what am I paying for? Shuttle only has two drop offs to Disney per day, and no airport shuttle. You’re better off paying for Ubers, it’s more cost efficient. Pros: They have a great breakfast buffet, a 24hr gym, an arcade and a nice pool area. Not far from Disney, so save yourself the car rental if you’re going around that area and just pay the Uber or catch the shuttle if you can.
